In the house: lift, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (limited number of spaces), communal covered parking. Supermarket 10 km. Skisport facilities 3 km, cross country ski track 4 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nockberge. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Almsee Plateau Turracher Höhe. 1 parking space in the garage per apartment. Butler card included! "für bis zu 6 Personen", 4-room apartment 72 m2. Bright, comfortable and tasteful furnishings: 3 double bedrooms.
