胡瑪科託灣飯店(Huma Kotor Bay Hotel and Villas)

I am a bit dissappointed by this on the pictures very beautiful hotel. First I was checked in an extremely loud room. I had to ask to get changed and was observed like Its not normal to expect to have a pieceful room. The hotel is supposed to be in an very relaxed area, the street behild is almost a highway.Extremely loud. The hotel was not fully booked and still they gave me a better version "upgraded" me, but I felt It was too much expected. As a customer you should never get this feeling! Well, this is supposed to be a 5 stars hotel! I had to remind that my room was not cleaned till 17.30h. Half of the saunas don't work. The cups for the tee in the welness is missing. At the end they wanted even to charge me money for something from the bar I haven't taken! What a service. So sorry for this experience. I wish it would have worked differently. In the neighbourhood there are plenty of hotels with much better standard I would book next time. As an entrepreneur I exactly know how the customer should be treatened. And if these guys would google me, they would have even gave me everything for free.

Bonne adresse. Chambre spacieuse et très propre . Petit déjeuner copieux et varié .. Plage sympa avec transats et parasols. Parking payant ( cher ) Cocktails vraiment pas bon et cher aussi .. Ne pas prendre de Mojitos ils ne savent pas les faire comme souvent en Croatie. Personnel sympathique sauf un à l’accueil. Séjour dans l’ensemble agréable

This is a beautiful resort-style hotel that you can enjoy all day on luxurious private beach or by a shimmering blue-tiled infinity pool. The rooms are spacious with an exquisite panoramic view of Kotor Bay. However, there are some signs of tiring in both the maintenace of the rooms (pealing shower sealing) and senior staff members. For example, we chose this hotel to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. We also decided to have our anniversary dinner at the hotel's Mudra Art Cuisine restaurant on the beach. We made reservations via the hotel's front desk. However, when we arrived all dressed up for our special occasion, we found the restaurant was closed! When we requested to speak with the hotel manager on two occasions he was unavailable and never contacted us via the contact information we provided. This is unacceptable for a hotel that positions itself as a 5-star hotel. Other than management not showing much care for its guests the rest of the experience was exceptional and I would definitely consider staying there again.

The service at the hotel from reception and beach club definitely does not come with a smile. I found the staff quite cold/unfriendly which was off putting for a solo traveller. I had to wait for an hour on my room and then there was a mix up with other bookings with same surname. Bed sheets were stained - these were changed but not a great overall start. Ahead of my stay I had asked to book a taxi transfer from Podgorica in advance and was told they don’t book taxis only transfers - what is the difference?! So I had to arrange myself. I also received no response to booking a spa treatment in advance. Breakfast was good but the restaurant and beach club are ridiculously overpriced. I don’t mind paying more for the setting but prices were almost double compared with local restaurants and bars.

The view was magnificent. The sea was beautiful but not very clean. It was a bad surprise that money was asked for parking at check-out. A notification could have been made at check-in for the parking fee. There are enough options for breakfast. Room cleaning is satisfactory, but the refreshments are not renewed. The same amount of treats should not be offered to those who stay for one day and those who stay for more than one day.

Foi incrível, tornaram meu aniversário inesquecível com um quarto impecável e mimos maravilhosos! A equipe do hotel é atenciosa, café da manhã excelente e a localização é lindíssima!! Uma sugestão: poderiam oferecer/emprestar guarda-chuva para hospedes. Infelizmente, nos dias em que fiquei hospedada, estava chovendo e não tinham guarda-chuva para emprestar.

Breakfast buffet was very good, the staff were amazing in all areas of the hotel. The private beach was great and very relaxing. Room was a good size, but sometimes we missed the cleaning rounds as they came quite early. Overall a great experience and would come back.
