靠近普拉托Prato Porta Serraglio Station的飯店

Chiamo l'hotel nel giorno 21 maggio chiedo informazioni e prenoto una stanza ,richiamo l'hotel per la conferma mi dicono prenotato e che il costo era di 45 euro a notte e di venire in hotel entro le 22 per il check in . Li richiamo il giorno del check in per dirlo che alle 22 ero in hotel ,mi risponde l'operatore con veemenza ,arroganza e maleducazione e mi dice che non risulta nessuna prenotazione mi riattacca il telefono ,al che io richiamo l'hotel toscana dopo pochi minuti per chiedere spiegazioni (visto che la prenotazione era stata effettuata e che l'operatore mi aveva detto dettagli quali prezzo tipo di stanza e orario check in ) nel l'ultima chiamata mi risponde sempre il solito operatore al che gli ridico della mia prenotazione con tutti i dettagli ,sapete lui cosa fa ? Mi riattacca il telefono in faccia assurdo..... Chiudo dicendo a tutte le persone che vedranno questa recensione di non prenotare mai in questo albergo . Chiudo scrivendo una parola e solo una . VERGOGNA ...........

Clean hotel, helpful staff, interiors are art deco. Restaurant decor is traditional modern with delicious offerings. Buffet breakfast is good. Would return to stay here again if I come back to Prato. Wifi is a bit slow at night unfortunately when everyone is in hotel.

The reception Staff were particularly good. The room was OK. We decided to eat in the `Restaurant`. The Waitress was not really interested. We waited and waited for just the menu to arrive. We ordered our food which came relatively quickly, the soup that was listed did not resemble any soup we have ever experienced. The ice cream which I could not eat was disgusting. The Waitress had disappeared we could not discus this issue at all. Having travelled nearly 600 kilometers that day in the heat, we could not wait because we were so tired. In the morning when we went to settle the bill, we found it had already been taken and the Receptionist did not want to understand and offered us two beers, small compensation.

Rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono, pulizia e accoglienza reception 24/24h . Colazione ottima . Struttura ben posizionata è servita dai mezzi pubblici

達不到4星酒店的標準，3星最高了 自駕還挺方便的，免費停車場很大。 早餐種類還挺多，還有中國的蒸餃和春卷 前台很熱情

Abbiamo soggiornato per il Firenze Rock,ottima posizione, molto pulito, personale accogliente, l'unica nota stonata è stata l'aria condizionata molto rumorosa e non avevamo il telecomando, credo sia centralizzata, maniglia del bagno che si staccava e soffitto del bagno con crepe.

Hotel First is situated near the town of Calenzano, Tuscany. It is a 25 minute train ride from Florence. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the train station, get the Patagione stop not the Calenzano stop or you will be a 30 minute walk from the hotel. Trains are hourly until around 6pm, but not all trains stop there. The hotel bedrooms were very spacious and clean, beds weren't particularly comfortable, but ok. The biggest complaint I had was that they have hung the curtains about 30cm back from the actual window, and whilst looking straight on this is fine, when in bed there is a HUGE gap between the window and the wall which results in you being woken at 5am when the sunlight hits the room. The other issue is that the ground floor rooms do smell quite strongly of cigarette smoke, even though the hotel rooms are all non-smoking, not sure if this is a legacy issue, or whether some people were having crafty cigarettes but it was really noticeable. Hotel breakfast had a lot of choice and we dined twice in the restaurant in the evening which we found to be very good and reasonably priced for a hotel. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and understanding of my poor Italian. They nearly all spoke excellent English, which made things easier for us.

Quite, clean and cozy hotel. All staffs are nice and kind. Bathroom condition and room condition is stunning. Only one cons is not good to come here with public transport. If you can rent a car or using taxi, here is nice hotel in florence. I'm sure you love here.

We arrived at hotel and air conditioning was out of order. The hotel staff agreed we were entitled to cancel the booking due to faulty electrics. despite this we never got a refund to date. We had audio and video recording showing the conversation with the hotel receptionist and despite this evidence the booking provider and hotel said we didn’t have enough proof!
