Must go to the most of people. Those, suffering of medical conditions will get outstanding trea**ents, those lucky who around age of 50 have no medical issues (show me one) - will get tranquility and recharge their batteries. Immunity booster program is also available. Delicious healthy dining. Mostly Slavic-East European cuisine, so bring your bottle of red hot chilly pepper. Rooms are spacious, huge balcony, picturesque view. Only the landscape and a**osphere of this idyllic place would make one healthy!!! Generally - service is 4+. Clientele: Slovaks (paid by the state), Russian speaking from all over the world, Arabs from Emirates and Saudi Arabia, various German speaking, and all others. This is NOT a vacation, this's an intensive trea**ent program. Free time (for shopping, seeing around etc.) on Sundays only. Though quite cheap shopping IS available. Flight - to Vienne, and then transfer - 1h. 40 min. no flights to Bratislava. Bottom line - have already booked my next visit!!!

This was my fourth visit to Hotel Esplanade. I visit Piestany to see my dentist but I love the great standard of trea**ent here. The therapists are excellent - but for UK visitors you must realize that they are therapists. This is not Champneys. The food is perfectly good and the wine/drinks are very good value. I found the staff wonderfully kind and helpful - when I was having trea**ent they ensured I had food when I needed it to fit in with my trea**ent. All the staff were helpful and kind - I was particularly grateful for the 0330 call. One can't always rely on getting the call in other hotels. It is also excellent value. I loved having a room with a balcony - even in January it was lovely to be able to sit outside with my coffee in the morning.

I loved the stay, most of the staff was friendly and helpful. Sometimes you run into people that seem busy and not willing to help, unfortunately. I was little surprised with some fees that came up later ,when about to check out, so the trip was more expensive than originally planned. That should be mentioned before hand.

In der Lobby roch es häufig sehr schlecht. Zimmer und Bad wurden lange nicht renoviert. Klimaanlage läuft, aber kühlt nicht. Zimmer wurde mehrfach nicht gesäubert. Restautant Calla hat den schlechtesten Service den ich bisher erlebt habe
