With 2 dorms, (1 suite), kitchen, living room, balcony with glass closet, service area and 1 parking space. Floor porcelanato in all the rooms, cabinets in the kitchen and in the rooms. Boxes and cabinets in bathrooms. Fully furnished apartment for rental for weekends or holidays. Equipped with Led TV in the living room and in the bedrooms, each bedroom has a double box bed. sofa, table with 4 chairs, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine / dryer and household items. Internet Wifi. Air conditioning in every room. The apartment is located in the best neighborhood of Praia Grande, close to restaurants, markets, bakeries, pharmacies etc. The night has programming with restaurants and much excitement for all tastes. Family building monitored by cameras with doorman and 24 hour security, elevator, intercom. Anuncio Fiel. Recomendo Foi tudo muito bom. Apartamento perfeito. Super limpo, tudo novo e em perfeitas condições. Todos os utensilios. Boa localização, perto de tudo. Proprietario atencioso, esclareceu todas as duvidas e ainda deixou eu fazer o check-out mais tarde do que combinado. Apartamento tem carrinho, cadeiras de praia, guarda sol e cooler. Melhor estadia que ja tive em viajens que ja fiz. Pretendo voltar futuramente. Funcionarios do prédio educados e atenciosos.

Hospedagem maravilhosa! Ficamos 6 dias hospedados, o apartamento é muito bem localizado, em frente para praia, com restaurante, sorveteria e mercado próximos! Tudo muito limpo e funcionando, com utensílios de cozinha e demais acomodaçoes em perfeitas condições de uso! Os proprietários são muito atenciosos, e o pessoal do prédio também! Voltaremos em breve!

Satisfação Adoramos o imóvel quanto aos cômodos, que são espaçosos, bem divididos e arejados. Ar condicionado e TV em todos os cômodos. Utensílios domésticos em perfeito estado. Tem até cafeteira. E a localização é ótima: de frente para a praia . O imóvel foi melhor do que eu imaginava. O tempo ajudou muito. Vamos voltar , se Deus assim o permitir. A anfitriã muito atenciosa. Agradeço

Muito boa! A estadia foi super agradável! Prédio bem localizado, garagem boa e equipe do condomínio atenciosa! O apartamento estava limpinho, o ar condicionado é muito bom e a cozinha estava completa. Os colchões eram bem confortáveis, assim como o sofá. Voltaria!
