飯店位置座落於布拉格老城區，走路10分鐘內就可以到達天文鐘，旁邊有很多商店跟超市非常方便 Ibis 比想象中隔音做的好，房間雖然不大膽都算舒適 對外窗可以打開，但不能全開只能通風，暖氣很強 早餐很一般不用特別期待 如果再去布拉格，會回訪

I stayed in a dorm-style room. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious. The hotel itself is well taken care of and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is optimal as well and is a good jumping off point to reach multiple parts of the city (old and new). The beds were a little lumpy but not the worst. I was still able to get a good night's rest. Would stay there again- perhaps in a regular room though. I also LOVED that the key cards were wooden. And the shower gel and soaps smelled really nice.

For a solo first-timer in Prague, needing a basic, well-located hotel, Residence Bene exceeded expectations. All of the staff encounters were friendly, helpful and spoke excellent English. Alex is particularly good. Luggage storage after checkout was secure and convenient too., The room has more space than expected and the bathroom was well maintained and supplied with decent towels - as was the bed and linen. It's noisy if you open the windows above the street, remarkably silent with the windows closed and good air circulation. Sleep was easy. Breakfast was included and somewhat underwhelming but not to quibble considering the budget price. A table near the window is a great place to watch streetlife pass. This doesn't pretend to be a 5 star 'destination hotel.' I rate it 5 star because it was such good value and pleasantly above expectations. Under similar circumstances, I'd have no hesitation staying at Residence Bene again.

位置是很好的，位於市中心，周邊交通我記得是非常方便的，走路5分鐘內從地鐵站可以到達。酒店比較門在一側，應該有個指示牌才比較好找。 服務很專業，按流程走，還打印了包括wifi密碼的信給我。衹是我不明白為什麼需要我的地址和郵編，難道捷克的酒店就是這樣的嗎（第一次來捷克） 房間挺乾淨，滿足我的需求。而且給了我一個閣樓的位置，有兩個可以開的歇着的天窗，打開窗戶空氣非常流通，比較舒服。 設施就是一般快捷酒店的設施，反正足夠日常使用，不追求過高的質量。我的房間是包括早餐的，可惜我第二天早上很早要趕飛機，就沒來得及吃，比較可惜。

搭乘當地火車和巴士可輕鬆到達該位置。 早餐很好。 房間整潔又經濟。

We stayed here for 2 nights over Christmas. We were visiting Prague for the first time and this hotel provided for all of our needs. Hotel is situated within walking distance to the main square and within very good proximity to transport links to other attractions. On first arrival, hotel staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The lobby is beautifully decorated with a excellent bar in the lobby. We had some cocktails here on our first night which were delicious! Our room wasn’t quite ready due to our early flight, but we were able to store our luggage until later in the day. The room was spacious and comfortable. The beds were very soft mattresses but comfortable and we both slept well. Room was clean and well decorated. No complaints at all. Considering we stayed in December the rooms and corridors were VERY warm. We had to leave the windows open all day to ensure it was cool enough to sleep well. However, that’s the only complaint I have! Would recommend to anyone staying in Prague!

Back again for our third visit in twelve months. This time we paid a little extra for an attic room and it was delightful. Roomy, clean and comfortable. Ideal location, we feel soar home here. A special mention to Milos and Marcin who welcomed us back warmly.
