卡爾洛娃25號公寓(Karlova 25 Apartments)

Siamo un gruppo di amiche ed abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per una breve vacanza. La posizione dell’appartamento è ottima per visitare la città a piedi, ma anche per raggiungere comodamente i mezzi. Al contrario di ciò che ci aspettavamo il self check-in è stato semplice e la proprietaria molto disponibile a dare qualsiasi informazione per e-mail o telefonicamente. Sottolineo che non abbiamo usato alcuna piattaforma, abbiamo prenotato direttamente dal sito della struttura. L’appartamento è interamente arredato e completo di numerosi elettrodomestici ad esempio lavatrice e lavastoviglie (abbiamo anche trovato i detersivi già nell’appartamento). C’è addirittura una macchinetta del caffè con relative capsule. Unica pecca il bollitore e il tostapane li abbiamo trovati molto sporchi. La doccia non era di quelle con il boiler, difatti essendo 3 ragazze e facendo sempre docce lunghe non abbiamo mai avuto problemi con l’acqua calda. Unico vero vero problema dell’appartamento erano le 6 rampe di scale senza ascensore (non era specificato da nessuna parte quando abbiamo prenotato). Per il resto struttura ottima!!

Awesome location! Right in the middle of the historic section where you can walk to most attractions, shops, and restaurants. Lovely view from our window. Plenty of room for 4 women. The furnishings were nice, the beds comfy and the washing machine a plus. The only drawback was the steps, lots of steps to get to the apartment and a little difficult getting your luggage up to the apartment. All in all, a wonderful base place to explore Prague! Will definitely stay there when we return!

Very warm, spacious and comfortable apartment with lovely views. Host is very helpful and responsive. Airport transfer ideal. The stairs aren’t easy with luggage but are fine without (neither of us have mobility issues however). Great value for money as it was a great location.

A pochi passi dalla Torre dell'orologio, in pieno centro, appartamento n. 6, 100mq. con vista sulla piazza, pulito e attrezzato. Unico neo non c'è ascensore. Per il resto bene, check in e check out semplici e in autonomia.

The apartment is right in the heart of the city, in the midst of shops, bars and restaurants. It is a couple of minutes from the famous clock, and only 5-10 minutes from Charles Bridge, the Powder Tower, the Municipal Building etc. We were here for 3 days and didn't use transport once, we just walked everywhere. Access to the apartment is very secure, with code-protected doors and gates at various points. The biggest down-side is the stairs to reach the apartment, which is on the fourth floor with no lift. We're a fit family (two teenage footballers and two parents who run half marathons) and even we were breathing hard by the time we reached the flat. We've travelled before with grandparents and were glad they weren't faced with these stairs this time as I think they'd have struggled. We didn't self-cater so I can't comment on how well equipped it is, but for sleeping, the place is great. There are 2 large rooms with twin/double beds. One is also the living room with 2 sofas and a TV. It was a great place to relax in the evening after a day's sightseeing. The beds were all comfy and the whole place was very clean. The owners were very helpful when we were communicating before our arrival. Overall, it was exactly what we wanted as a base for exploring the city.

This is a great apartment in a wonderful location amazingly close to some of the best sights that Prague offers. Access to the building was very easy, though I would warn anyone travelling to stay here that there are loads of stairs upto the rooms and no lift. However, this did not detract from the great apartment we found at the top of the stairs. Prague is a great place to visit and I recommend it to anyone who has never been before. The transfer ( arranged by Karlova) from the airport was cheap and a nice touch of luxury. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a fantastic 4 night stay here. Our family of 4 with 2 young kids (5 and 7) had plenty of space. Our apartment was No. 5, all the way at the top of the building. As most people have mentioned, there is no elevator so that was a bit challenging, especially if you’ve already walked 6 miles prior. We loved the space, it was nice to have a kitchen to cook meals. The washer was a nice thing to have, with the clothes hanging dryer/rack. The kids also appreciated that there was Netflix. The area is so central and can’t be beat. We could see the astronomical clock and the Prague tower from the windows. We walked and took the trams. Prague is so beautiful at Christmas!

Karlova 25 Apartments are situated in the centre of Stare Medtronic, the old town in Prague. The are well situated and only a few moments walk to beautiful attractions such as the Astronomical Clock, Our Lady of Tyn Church, Charles Bridge and many cafes, restaurants and beer halls. The apartment we had was very spacious and had fabulous views.

Fabulous apartment. Location was very central. Close to all tourist attractions. Will definitely be returning to these apartments. Apartment was spacious and great views of surrounding buildings. Kitchen was very well equipped
