This place is fake. The location is good but the place is cheap..no furniture and dirty. IKEA everywhere. The pictures don’t correlate. Floor plan doesn’t make sense I feel tricked. Paid for room service but it never happened. Would never stay here again.

Wonderful place!!! Complete kitchen, a lot of space, beatiful and secure apartment with relaxing shower and in the middle of downtown. PS: If the place have a shared loundry it would be perfect!

I have just arrived and the apartment is unclean- stuff all over the tables and chairs and it smells funny. They fail to mention that the reception is not at the apartments but in fact elsewhere- having to find it is a hassle.

Not sure how this place has received such good reviews! We booked this because of the reviews we read and we did not receive the same "great service" as was claimed in the review. It first started with the transportation from airport to hotel that was confirmed by the hotel. They never showed up and after over an hour of waiting and several calls to the hotel and conversations that they assured us the driver was on the way, we had to take an Uber. The driver dropped us off close to the check in spot and had no clue where it was. We walked around asking if anyone knew and we were directed in several different locations. Now, after finally finding it after 30 minutes of dragging our bags up and down the cobble stone streets, we stumbled upon it. Talked to the young man that said the driver was on his way and told him we took an Uber, he acted like he didn't know. After checking in, he directed us the wrong way to the place we were staying. He told us we just needed to follow the road and it would be up on our right. HA! wasn't even on the right road and it was on another road on the left. After running into another group that was lost looking for the check in place, we finally found it. The A/C didn't work, bed was hard, the room is extremely small. The service from this company is a joke and I would not ever recommend this place. The location I will give it 5 stars.

This propwrty was terrible. It was hot, old, smelly, not clean, and wifi did not work. Check in took over an hour and staff was not experienced. We ended up leaving the property for a new one. I want my money back.
