約瑟芬老城廣場飯店(Josephine Old Town Square Hotel - Czech Leading Hotels)

Got breakfast but didn't really eat it. When I check in. The reception was missing. I had to go to each of the room to slowly find them. Most of the time the reception ain't in the room. They are just wandering somewhere so it's like finding pokemon. Some good one appear quickly. Some wild one takes awhile to find them but overall the room is huge n comfy to stay in

Horrible and scary experience at night because of the old fashion key entry. My wife and child were left waiting for the clerk on duty at night to open the main hotel gate for over 15 minutes. The gate has physical key and no keypad. My wife simply has forgotten to take the key with her. When she returned with my child she buzzed the office. To make that 15 minutes scary ordeal short, the clerk was horrible and started yelling at my wife and daughter and making them feel guilty for forgetting the key. I will never step a foot in Josephine hotel. I mean I paid a lot of money for the 4 night stay to be treated rudely and horribly.

プラハ中央駅(Hlavni nadrazi)から地下鉄フローレンス(Florence)まで一駅、乗り換えて共和国広場(nam Republiky)まで一駅。約5分、地下鉄駅から徒歩でホテルまで6分。旧市街の真ん中、ジョセフィン オールド タウン スクエア 内にあるホテル。レセプションが2階で壁の案内板を見ればわかるが、初めてだとホテル入口がわかりずらい。旧市街のど真ん中だが静かで、ティーン教会の塔の裏側がよく見える。

The pictures online looked amazing. The actual room I got had one window that was about one square foot in size. I wanted to switch to a room with bigger windows but was told they didn't have other vacant rooms. So I checked out early and moved to a nearby hotel (The Iron Gate, amazing property). When I told the front desk at Josephine that I was checking out early, they said that they had other rooms for me to look at. I declined and moved to the Iron Gate. The front desk at Josephine told me to work with ******* for refund for the nights that I didn't spend there. Then when ******* tried to contact the hotel multiple times to confirm my early check-out, the hotel wouldn't provide confirmation.

Väldigt bra service, närheten till de flesta attraktionerna. Vi var på en resa med bil i genom Europa och var beroende av parkering och det löste personalen perfekt. Vi är jättenöjda och lovar återkomma.

The hotel room is gorgeous and clean, the bed is comfortable, and the staff was very accomodating. My only complaint, and this is very minor, is that the type of wood floor here made me want to wear sandals/slippers when inside.

Very nice room and furnishings in an ultra-convenient location. Only downside—our windows opened to a street with a club that boomed music until 4am, so we had to keep them closed. AC controls didn't work so it was a little stuffy. Overall a pleasant stay.

Hotel is great. Old but classy rooms. Perfect location for exploring old town. The issue is night clubs very close that kept us awake all night with the music.
