This was a terrible experience. The apar**ent servicing company did not provide timely information on how to access the apar**ent. In addition, without my permission, they changed the address of the reservation in their e-mail. I suspect that was the root of the problem. Rather than waiting on the street for the digital access codes, I chose to go to a hotel. This was a very costly experience. I am fighting for a refund and getting nowhere but will notify authorities about these questionable business practices from the ********** and apar**ent servicing company. Sadly, ********** does not have any other way to resolve the issue than their chat service which is literally useless, they have trouble understanding English in that chat. In the future, I will not use ******* or ********** to rent apar**ents.
