Very friendly people Manager present and greeting guests Quiet !!!!! Well lighted. Great coffee

We will continue staying here during our annual trip to Natchitoches. The rooms are big and accommodating for our family with two little kids and the included breakfast is great. The staff are really sweet and really care about the customers. We love staying here.

this hotel has upgraded the look and wall trea**ents/furniture but left the old filthy looking cracking floors! floor tiles were literally cracking under our feet and were sticky-not clean at all!

Checkin was awful. They could not check me in easily even though I had already paid through hotels. Then, they double charged my incidentals and didn't refund one of them right away. The flooring in the room was filthy. Maybe stained, but shoe marks everywhere. Even though the staff was apologetic, I will not be staying there again.

our stay was good, the only thing is we thought there was a restaurant onsite and there wasn't. they did have a hot breakfast available in the morning though that was nice.

Room AC was loud and not working. Notified staff and said nothing they can do until the morning. Breakfast was terrible. No fruit, no milk, not enough variety. Eggs were raw 🙃. I hate that I wasted my point on this trashy location :/ disappointed- Holiday inns were the place to stay but never again!!!!

I enjoyed that it was quiet, clean and the staff was friendly.

Excellent hotel, clean, nice staff, convenient location and very updated.

The entire facility was very clean. Staff was friendly and provided my husband with a toothbrush (forgot his!). My only minor issue is the building did not feel well constructed. Huge gaps around the hotel room door and the hallway floor felt like it was going to give way. Other than those minor issues, the hotel was fine.
