We stayed here for one night during a week-long British Columbia road trip. First, the view from our suite was spectacular: from our large, picture-frame windows, we could see the crystal blue Georgia Strait and the green, green mountains of Texada Island. The suite was spacious (2 bedrooms, a good-sized bathroom, a kitchen, dining room, living room, and a porch), relatively clean, modern (open-ish floor plan with tall ceilings), conveniently located, quiet, and filled with light during the day. We didn't know what to expect given that it's above a grocery store, but we were pleasantly surprised. Another plus is that it has a free in-unit washer and dryer, which was very helpful. My only complaints are that some of the dishes in the kitchen were dirty, the couch could be more thoroughly vacuumed (the crevices had crumbs), and there were a few tiny flies inside (a previous guest may have left the door open and let them in). But those complaints pale in comparison to the all the positives. This place is a steal, and we would recommend staying here.

The Court House is a charming, historic hotel. The rooms were comfortable and we had plenty of space. Parking is excellent. Breakfast is excellent (cooked to order) at 9 - 1 downstairs or if earlier yogurt, muffins and fresh fruit in rm. 4. Separate review for Eddie Rae’s Cafe. Check-in was fast and professional with Kelly who showed us our room. Lots of restaurant locations nearby and show your key at Granada and Zayka and get 10% off. Overall a great place to stay.

It was OK. The bathroom door was kind of old and didn't close. Other than that, pretty decent. You can see the ocean from your room.
