Great location and stunning views! We loved our stay! Sabrina made everything super easy. It's on a slightly quieter stretch of the main street in Positano, but still super walkable to everything. Rooms are small but comfortable, was fine for 6 adults. And the terrace and views were unbeatable!

Beautiful view and super friendly My family of 5 stayed here and it was absolutely amazing. Everything is a close walk, the apartment is clean and large, very spacious. The view from the balcony is beautiful. 10/10 stay. The staff/host was extremely helpful with our stay

Great location, Spectacular view, Spacious Villa Property was clean, kitchen was well stocked with coffee, snacks, creamer, jams, nutella. Gaetano was a terrific host and guide, he took wonderful care of us and the villa. We had everything we needed. Each room had an ensuite bathroom with shower; washer, dryer in the unit, closet space, outdoor terrace was lovely, view magnificent. Barbara cleaned and gave us fresh towels. The 6 of us had a lovely time. We would not hesitate to recommend this Villa. Gaetano and his family are gracious, thoughtful, respectful and kind. Gaetano Gracie mille.

Bellisimo spent five days here with friends. The Villa was very well appointed and the vistas were stunning. Gaetano was very helpful with guiding us on what to do and where to eat without being obtrusive. Many places are closed here this time of year but there was plenty to do and we enjoyed that it was not crowded. We would love to return!

Spectacular Terrace View in Positano The house was simply furnished and as expected 3 flights of stairs to reach our level. A bit difficult with luggage but not unexpected. Each room had an ensuite bath. The 2 larger bedrooms in back were a bit humid. Not sure if humidifier working well in one. The front bedrooms are smaller and thus airier. We were happy to have the use of the washer, located in one of the smaller bedrooms bath, and dryer on porch. We were hanging laundry to dry both outside and inside but humidity made use of the dryer a necessity at times. The weather was lovely, some clouds and rain but refreshing. Gaetano’s grandaughter Sabrina greeted us and helped us get organized. They had also left breakfast snacks and milk in refrigerator. Great coffee maker with coffee provided. Having a cappuccino or wine on the terrace was the highlight of our day staying here. I loved the location and highly recommend this comfortable place especially families who can navigate the stairs well. Great restaurants nearby that you can walk to.

Wonderful villa in Positano I just returned from 6 nights at this villa in Positano, celebrating birthdays with four other high school friends. This is a wonderful property! Room enough for all 5 of us and located within walking distance of at least 7 or more excellent restaurants. Slightly away from the hustle of “downtown “ Positano, but within easy reach. Gaetano and family could not have been more helpful to us! The balcony overlooking the sea was our home away from home! Thanks, Gaetano!

Fabulous week in Positano!! Our week-long stay at this VRBO was the highlight of our trip to Italy. The unit was large enough to fit 6 adults comfortably and the outside terrace gave us additional space to relax. The view from the outside seating area was unbeatable! The unit was clean and stocked with coffee and snacks so we didn't have to immediately find a grocery store. The location was great for shopping, restaurants and access to both beaches. Gaetano and his staff were very helpful and accommodating - he organized transfer to/from Naples and Rome, recommended a fabulous charter boat company for our tour of Capri, and helped us decide the best way to visit Amalfi and Ravello for the day. If we are ever lucky enough to get back to the Amalfi coast, we will definitely stay here again.

Great trip to Positano! Our resent trip and stay in Positano could not have been better. Our VRBO home and our host, Gaetano we’re wonderful. The home was lovely and had a magnificent view of Positano. We would definitely return to this home again in the future. The Place Positano and the surrounding towns are built into cliffs and very hilly. Anywhere you go is going to involve somewhat of a hike– either to up or down. Our villa is in the center of town in Positano and from there can walking uphill or downhill to whatever places you were headed. You can easily reach the Pier and the beaches (10 minutes) walking through the old stairwells of Positano, the ‘scalinatelle’ ( little streets consisting of narrow stairways and steps). This is something not to be missed! Climbing down the steps, passing by the most visited places by tourists, you will discover and unveil enchanting angles of Positano, and then, once you have visited all the little streets by foot, you can always get the local shuttle bus to reach our location. The bus stop is at only 30 meters away The location - Positano Center: Villa Sostella is in heart of Positano, between the beaches and the entrance to the town of Positano, making it possible to reach either one either on foot or by the local bus that stops 30 meters from our home. Nearest - all at walking distance: you can reach the bus stop on foot 30 meters from the house, and you can park your car 100 meters away in a pay parking lot. You can reach nearby shops at 150 meters; four grocery shops from 150 to 400 meters; 13 restaurants from 50 to 300 meters; laundry, newspapers, hairdresser at 50 meters; 3 café-bar from 50 150 meters. 8 Restaurants Very close us, walking distance: Beaches- Walking Distance: ( 10 minutes) you can easily reach the Pier and the beaches by descending a pedestrian shortcut or walking through the old stairwells of Positano, the ‘scalinatelle’ ( little streets consisting of narrow stairways and steps).
