第一次到波西塔諾，之前訂的酒店踩坑，臨時換了這家酒店，非常滿意。波西塔諾大部分酒店都是非24小時前台，這家酒店前台7:30-22:00算是時間很長的了。酒店有非常漂亮的海景，酒店設施和服務都很好，尤其是早餐很豐富，在露台上面對大海享用美食感受特別好。

不幸的是，我們的住宿體驗令人失望，因此在酒店做出重大改進之前，我無法推薦該酒店。 辦理入住手續很簡單，我們來到了三人小型套房，很快發現浴室水槽漏水，漏得滿地都是，淋浴只有熱水。第一晚醒來後，房間裡污水的氣味異常濃烈。我們向工作人員報告了所有這些問題，他們在當天早上打掃房間時就解決了這些問題。兩天後的早晨，氣味又回來了，而且非常強烈，以至於那天早晨我們三個人中的兩個人都感到噁心了好幾個小時。這次當我們通知工作人員時，我們被轉移到了另一個房間，所以我們非常感謝。 然而，第二個房間仍然有污水氣味（雖然沒有那麼強烈，但還是有），所以我們確定這肯定是該酒店的一個問題。加熱器無法調低，所以第二天他們就派人來修理。在開始的幾個小時裡，它運轉正常，但半夜時分，它又莫名其妙地啟動了，我們都驚醒了，渾身是汗。這就需要把陽台門打開（沒有屏風，所以和孩子一起睡覺不是最舒服的方式），而且我們整個住宿期間都要用小風扇吸入較冷的室外空氣，因為房間裡熱氣騰騰，工作人員不知道如何關掉/調低它。 工作人員非常友好，盡心盡力，但這家酒店感覺還沒有準備好接待客人，尤其是每晚近 500 美元的房費。

La Bizantina is such a beautiful and peaceful hotel. The room we stayed in had such beautiful tile and the view from the balcony was amazing. Each morning we were served an amazing breakfast. The staff at the hotel were all very helpful and kind. I would absolutely recommend La Bizantina

What a dreamy hotel! I had the best stay here. Hani and Carla went above and beyond for me. They were so kind and helpful when finding restaurants and things to do. Thank you for making my stay so special! I can’t wait to come back and stay here again :)

It was a great hotel very beautiful and lovely view. Hani the concierge went above and beyond multiple times to ensure we had a great stay. She was very knowledgeable of the whole area and ensured we had the best of the best the whole time. Carla who worked there also was very helpful. I would stay there again for the rooms the views but most importantly the service

Check in was smooth, staff was incredible…especially Hani and Carla! Hani set us up with a great wine tasting, suggested a church tour and even gave us a ride one day…above and beyond. The rooms were spacious (three of us in one), with a gorgeous balcony view…and really intimate with only a handful of rooms in the hotel. Literally nothing wrong with this place.

La Bizantina is a beautiful hotel with some of the best views you will find in Positano. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the location is fantastic as it is not a far (maybe ten minutes) walk to the beach. The complimentary breakfast is also excellent. All that said, La Bizantina stood out because of the excellent service my wife and I received while at the hotel, specifically from daytime hostess, Hani. Unfortunately, my wife experienced a medical emergency on the last day of our trip and Hani treated us like family. She was genuinely concerned for my wife’s health and within fifteen minutes of me notifying her of the situation, Hani had a doctor and EMT personnel in our hotel room treating my wife. When my wife later had to go to a hospital for treatment, Hani gave me her personal cell phone number and told me to reach out to her if we needed anything at all. She even offered to drive to Amalfi from Positano if need be. She was so kind and caring it was truly heartwarming. Please, if you stay here in the future, treat Hani well because she is a gem.

Die Villa gehört zum Hotel Conca D‘Oro welches ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar ist. Im Hotel haben wir einmal gegessen. Das Essen war sehr gut aber auch sehr teuer, jedoch wie an vielen Orten in Positano. In der Villa La Bizantina hatten wir für drei Tage die King Suite mit Meerblick. Das Zimmer, sowie die ganze Villa, ist sehr sauber und sehr gut unterhalten. Unser Zimmer war wie auf den Fotos wunderschön eingerichtet und angenehm gross. Hani die nette Rezeptionistin hat uns jeden Morgen ein schönes Frühstück mit frischem Obst, Käse, Fleisch, Eier, Kuchen serviert. Hani war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich und hat uns jeden Tag wunderbare Tips für Ausflüge mitgeteilt. Eine Haltestelle für den Bus ist gleich unterhalb der Villa und 3 Minuten weiter ist der Privatanbieter Fratelli Milano (Parkplatz Euro 70/Tag) für das Auto. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.
