Easily the best holiday for relaxing and unwinding. Great private location. Whilst a car is needed it’s def worth it. Beautiful homes and ammenities. The view is breathtaking. We had the absolute best time and are already dreaming of a return trip. The good life indeed.

The Good Life is a great apartment in an excellent location. We stopped in the 2 bed apartment which was spacious, had great facilities and an amazing view A local beach is only a 10 minute walk away and there are some excellent restaurants in the vicinity Nick (the owner) was naturally hospitable and really went the extra mile in terms of picking us up from the port and dropping us off at the end of stay. The free bottle of wine was also much appreciated. The only slight negative is that the apartment is on a hill so a bit of effort required to get up and down

Serene location overlooking the water. Superb accommodation with every amenity included for a comfortable relaxing stay. Kitchen equipped with essentials with the added bonus of a vegie garden available and laundry for their guests to use. All the comforts at home with welcoming owners who include you in their weekly meal festivities. The most pleasurable holiday you will experience in Syros. Cannot wait to go back.

Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids aged 8 and 5) stayed in Balance Villa for 6 nights at end of October 2022. Accommodation was wonderful. Beautiful views of the sea and countryside. Very well equipped with towels and beach towels. Had everything we needed. Kids enjoyed feeding chickens. We greatly appreciated the food hamper Nick bought us (80 euros) that was in the fridge and cupboards when we arrived. Super location - tavernas and beaches in walking distance. Would love to return.

Nick and Elspeth are wonderful generous hosts. Our Balance villa was spacious and extremely comfortable, beautifully decorated and spotless. Lots of lovely walks and places to enjoy a swim. We loved it.
