I was there for a funeral, the customer service was horrible the hotel was nasty the furniture was broken tv kept going black they had people living in there that played loud music an bump am jump all night long,

Pictures of hotel and rooms online were very misrepresented. We would have stayed elsewhere had we known the following. Room was dismal and not welcoming. Bath towels were not available, only bath mats and a foot towel. Fresh linens also not available. Multiple lamps in room were broken, which were only access to lighting aside from bathroom lighting. Location was apparently in a bad area as we had to check in from an outside window, in the cold. No lobby access after 8 p.m. Staff was friendly though and explained guests tended to steal items (like towels), so supplies were limited. Definitely will not stay at this hotel/location again based on this experience

Pictures and description was nothing like the motel. Manager had me fill out many forms and then gave me a room key with a sticky on it. The room assigned to me had a guest in it already. Immediately left, complained and all she said was “I’m human.” How could the system allow her to make such a mistake. I told her I was going to call AMEX and dispute the charges - she was non-plussed. What if she had done same thing to our room, I could have lost my laptop and valuables. There was no one in the room but book bag on the bed and clearly someone was staying in room. I am calling Days Inn as well - this hotel was seedy and dirty. Don’t go to it.

Tie cons are so deplorable hard to explain very dangerous as you have tenets that live there fighting and arguing scream all darn every minute day and night never got sleep at all. Can not believe there is not something done about it. The cleaniness no ice machine working bugs everywhere no one on property is doing nothing about any of it

The stay was nice, the room was clean, water was hot like I like it. The only thing is the noise level. People were extremely loud and people visiting playing loud music in their car in the early morning hours.

Random homeless persons walking around and shouting throughout the night. Lobby was permanently locked and no access for coffee or anything. Floor was not level and flooring had gaps in it. No coffee makers in rooms.

The room was infested with live roaches throughout the room. Toe nail clippings were on the floor in the bathroom. A section of the bathroom bath ceramics was missing. The tv was mounted crooked. The light was broken. The office people were rude!

The property was quiet. Website noted that there was breakfast available which was not. Lady at the front desk says the owner doesn't want to mess with it and the juice machine has been down for months. All they had was coffee if you were lucky to get it. The room was clean but the dresser was broken. My reservation noted that 2:00 pm was the check in time, so when we got there the door to the room waa wide open and the room wasn't ready. They informed me that check in was at 3:30. So, this place needs to update their information.
