水濱飯店及餐酒館

When we arrived the staff were very helpful, and although we had arrived a couple of hours before check in, they advised us that the room was ready and we could drop our luggage off. They informed us that the car parking is anywhere in the public parking area, and there were plenty of spaces directly across the road from the Hotel. The Hotel itself is right on the Waterfront, although the name may give that away, and there is an outside seating area, to enjoy the sunshine with a few drinks from the bar. Some renovation work was ongoing in the hotel, but this did not affect our stay. The room was small but comfortable and the bathroom whilst very small was well thought out in the space allocated. The bed was comfortable, allowing for a good nights sleep and the shower was powerful. Breakfast was the usual mix of a cooked breakfast, along with a selection of cereals, yoghurt, bread and pastries, the cooked breakfast was very enjoyable and filling. We also had a meal in the restaurant one evening, the menu was extensive, and the quality of the food was very good. All in all a very nice stay, with friendly staff and we would definitely return in the future. .

Hello, let's be fair, the property is in need of updates it's being done which is great it's not done over night possibly get it done then open after a shut down, it's a difficult situation l guess family and staff are great and they have not owned it long , fair prices and great food and drink so good luck with the updates, especially in the showers, and with water pressure without a pump on the top floor....

Do not stay for a quiet break Door did not close unless locked as it had been smashed in along with the front door to the building, didn't feel safe. Very drunken guest in and out of their bathroom (with loud friends trying to keep them safe) outside our door, crying shouting being sick etc, this was throughout the night. No way of calling reception in room so couldn't notify anyone. Room run down, window didn't open etc. Breakfast and staff were good though

We booked a superior double room with a king size bed to discover it was 2 single mattresses pushed together, the restaurant was closed we had to go to the sister hotel for breakfast which we were told we would have to be there for 8.30 am because they were fully booked breakfast was an extra if we hadn’t took that booking we would not have got a breakfast which we had paid for with our booking.
