L’albergo ed il suo staff sono sempre una conferma della meravigliosa esperienza di una settimana a Portofino; oltre alla bellezza del luogo ed alla comodità della location, con posto auto per l’arrivo, servizio garage, fermata bus (elettrico , silenzioso) a pochi passi, l’albergo è dimensionato e gestito per avere l’esperienza di una esclusiva vacanza in una antica bella villa…come stare in una casa aristocratica, con il servizio accurato, riservato e nello stesso tempo familiare.

su ubicación hace la calificación! las vistas que tienen los cuartos son increíbles! luego es una buena hotelería, buen desayuno y amable el personal. Tienen valet parking, estás a 10 minutos del centro de Portofino por una senda muy linda para recorrer.

What a wonderful hotel. Built into the hills of Portofino. The town is walkable easy walking there a little climb on the way back 15 - 20 minutes. The staff in the hotel are attentive, friendly and make your stay seamless. They also organise car parking if needed. Room was very clean. There's room service and the breakfast is excellent.

We visited off season and only for one night, so didn’t experience all that the hotel offers in season, but we still had an excellent stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and flexible and helped make our 24 hours in Portofino memorable. The hotel itself is in a great location and is very comfortable, though some elements are in need of some sprucing up. Overall a very good experience in a beautiful place in the world.

Room: 2nd floor room with solarium instead of balcony was good but the room itself (sleeping area) is small with odd shape and weird architectural build! Parking: allocated space parking just 50 feet ahead of the hotel entrance, then the bellman/valet will take it somewhere else overnight. Easy. Location: if you get a view of the sea, yes otherwise think trice before booking any room without a view. If you love sunbathing and swimming in the sea, this is a perfect hotel for you. The private section for hotel residents is amazing. Breakfast: small Buffett with good sufficient options. Excellent fresh juices dinner: very good seafood and pasta Sleep. Comfortable bed Bathroom: functional small with excellent shower. Small refrigerator in the room does not cool anything. No coffee maker in the room, only electrical water heater for instant coffee and tea Front desk old gentlemen are not sure how to put it in a nice words…. Let’s see …. Arrogant! Snob! Unfriendly! Tired! Value: 1000 euros per night is way overpriced for the level of this 4 stars hotel, you pay for the town name “Portofino” and the location. This is not a luxury hotel as I thought when I paid the steep price during booking, but comfortable enough that satisfied my stay in Portofino. Rating and recommendations: 3 stars I would not recommend it to my friends. Not worth the money.

Tolles Personal, super Aussicht, im November war nichts los und trotzdem angenehm von den Temperaturen. Das Hotel hat auch einen kleinen Strand 🤩 Frühdtück war typisch italienisch, man konnte sich auch Rühreier und Omlett bestellen. Das Auto wurde mit Parkservice in einer Garage geparkt
