Fiz uma breve pausa no Porto e fiquei alojada na Casa Zogbi hotel. Um boutique hotel com restaurante e bar, mesmo na Praça da Ribeira, junto ao rio, onde em 2 minutos estava junto ao local para fazer o cruzeiro das 6 pontes. Só posso dizer que foi excepcional, desde logo no atendimento, em que devo referir a simpatia da menina Patrícia. Jantei no hotel, restaurante Ribeira 17 e fui surpreendida por um excelente risotto de cogumelos. Se além de uma estadia procurarem uma experiência, sem dúvida que recomendo este hotel.

Casa Zogbi is located right in the center of Porto. is a small, modern, and very comfortable stay. Some amazing things to note: you are steps away from many restaurants, the famous bridge is right there, the water is also right there, and the included breakfast is fresh and delicious, robes and slippers provided, small vanity set, toothbrushes, coffee machine in the room, heated towel rack, sewing kits, shoe buffing kit, feminine kit, water and glasses, greeting snack plate and thoughtful note, and tea and cookies in the reading room plus port wine as a welcome drink at reception. But most importantly the customer service was immaculate. Patricia A. is kind, thoughtful, and accommodating. She helped us with parking, with luggage, and explaining a map of Porto. Rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable. No noise can be heard from outside and you get the real Portuguese city experience. We are given one welcome drink coupon for the bar and 10% off one meal at the hotel restaurant. Just overall very thoughtful touches throughout our time here. We highly recommend to anyone visiting Porto. We hope to be back soon.

We had an amazing meal here, food delicious and the waitress was so lovely and friendly. We sat outside, which despite being a busy area was very pleasant. The bar area has a beautiful interior.

This is a new and excellent boutique hotel in the Ribeira neighborhood of Porto. After enduring two nights at a very disappointing apartment rental, we booked three rooms for three nights at the Casa Zogbi at the last minute. We were hesitant as this can be a very busy neighborhood, but our fears were quickly put at ease. The front desk representative, Danilo, welcomed us warmly and eased us through the registration process. Upstairs, we found very comfortable, new rooms with AC, luxurious bathrooms, and comfortable beds. Every detail was attended to. We were welcomed with fresh fruit in our rooms and turn down service included slippers and chocolates. The rooms were essentially soundproof so despite the proximity to nightlife, we slept soundly. Bathroom amenities were well thought out. Breakfast with a large number of options was included. One evening, we enjoyed cocktails at the hotel's outdoor tables next to the Fonte Monumental da Ribeira. Everyone from the breakfast waitstaff (cheers to her!) to the front desk to the housekeepers were friendly and attentive. I cannot recommend this new hotel enough.
