Loved our stay here. Charlie Chaplin room was gorgeous and unique albeit a little dark with the black painted walls and ceilings. Huge private terrace with incredible views really makes the room. The pool is lovely and fairly unique for Porto. Location is on a bit of a deserted street just off the main hilltop tourist area but we walked to and from there at night and never felt unsafe. Breakfast was excellent.

We stayed in the Wine and Books Hotel for Seven nights .The Hotel should be rated 7* .We have travelled worldwide and this is by far the best Hotel we have stayed in .The staff are very special , working as an excellent team to make us feel at home. Special thanks to Camilla and Soraia on the front desk and to the food and beverage manager and all the restaurant and housekeeping staff for excellent Service which went above and beyond what we expected...Nothing is too much trouble for this excellent team. The room was quiet and comfortable and the food and breakfast is the best we ate in Porto. We truly felt we were leaving good friends by the time we left .Thank you all for a truly great stay. 大概兩個月前偶然看到酒店開幕的宣傳視頻，後來決定到波爾圖走走，特意訂了這個酒店。我們的房間在頂樓，陽台可以看到漂亮的波爾圖風景，晩上燈光設計得比較暗，讓人很放鬆，睡意濃濃。衛浴備品很棒，毛巾像是帶着淡淡的焦糖味。滿滿的舒適體驗。下次到波爾圖還會選擇入住。

Stayed 4 nights upon arriving in Porto. For a 3 star hotel the property is very clean and quiet. Check in was easy. Rooms are clean and offer a closet with a safe, a kettle and tea/coffee service, a small fridge that is stocked but still room to put a beer, wine bottle or water bottle in to chill. Several outlets but no usb ports. Bathroom has a bidet. Shower had good water pressure. It’s actually a tub/shower combination. Only thing missing was wash cloth. Didn’t get one in either of my Portugal hotels. The breakfast is outstanding, Starts at 7. Several options from eggs to pancakes, side dishes, so many fresh breads, cereal, fancy coffee machine, fresh juices. There is also a bar at the hotel but we didn’t visit it. Next door is a 3 store mall with a full service American size grocery store to buy water, snacks, wine etc. at very affordable prices. One block away is the Mercado Bom Success, an upscale food court. We ate dinner there twice. The hotel is in an area called Villa Nova so a 30 to 40 minute walk from the historical center. The metro is 10 to 15 minutes away, Casa de Musical stop, which will take you to the historical center in 15 minutes. I would stay here again if ever in Porto.

來波爾圖旅行一定要在這裏預約宿舍!位置也不錯設施清潔非常好!入住時非常善良的男人也很會說話歡迎飲料?同樣的葡萄酒?給了我,真的很好吃!!因爲沒有掛房間清潔牌子,所以只拿了毛巾打算再進去,但是我們出去吃飯的時候,他打掃了房間!還有還給我拿了毛巾...對不起ㅠㅠ但是非常感謝你的好意!第二次波爾圖旅行也體驗了很好的回憶和好的宿舍,所以很幸福!積極推薦!!其他應用程序雖然有點貴,但是因爲Trip打折了,所以兩天一夜也定爲15萬韓元!!

I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Porto for 2 nights recently as part of a work trip. The hotel is in a good location, about 10 mins drive from the airport. There are a few small shops and bars / restaurants nearby. The rooms are nice, a great size and come with all the usual amenities that you'd expect from such a hotel. I ate in the bar on each night, the food was great and very good value for money. The service provided by the 2 bartenders was also great! I'll be back again in early summer and would recommend to anyone looking for a good hotel in Porto.

The Neya is a large, stylish and quiet hotel with very courteous and helpful reception staff. The staff in the rooftop bar were similarly friendly and efficient. Our stay in a fourth floor room overlooking the Douro was comfortable, but now the complaints…….. our room wasn’t serviced during the three days of our stay, even when we requested it by way of a label on the outside door handle. We mentioned this at reception when we left but received no apology. The second issue isn’t a complaint as such, just a call for some inventive and common sense thinking ……. the restaurant is large and long…..breakfast is an exercise in logistics and endurance…… why place the butter and jams 30 steps away from the bread, why is the milk amid the ham and cheese and some way from the tea and coffee? Someone needs to look as if they are the customer.

典型的葡萄牙酒店,我們在葡萄牙腿上的Bunnik旅遊。樓梯和沒有坡道可以把行李箱帶到酒店,如果工作人員短缺,可以幫忙。房間內沒有茶和咖啡或免費水,只有一張雙人牀的一邊有一個免費插頭。我們的浴室洗浴用品是浴帽,但淋浴間附着有擠壓瓶的沐浴露,洗髮水和沐浴露。房間裏只有一個玻璃杯,雖然我們在一個房間裏,情侶;浴室裏有2個小杯子。小眼鏡讓你有一些水刷牙,這樣你就不會把頭撞到頭頂的櫥櫃鏡子上,這是完全不必要的,因爲它沒有任何東西。面盆太淺,你不敢讓它長跑。如果你需要一個坐浴盆,否則它只是佔用了寶貴的浴室房地產。爲數不多的酒店沒有游泳池和我們房間可靠的WiFi。沒有英語新聞。但老電影被葡萄牙語配音。我被告知,他們正在努力升級他們的WiFi。在加分方面,房間很乾淨,早餐豐富,食物種類繁多。Thr工作人員儘可能樂於助人。該地區適合進入藝術畫廊和餐館。

Die Einzelzimmer sind sehr klein, aber ausreichend bei einem mehrtägigen Städtetrip. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und komplett neu renoviert. Kostenloses Wasser wird ebenfalls angeboten. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und haben mir bei der Ankunft sehr viele Tipps gegeben und waren sehr hilfsbereit. Die Rezeption ist nicht rund um die Uhr besetzt. Als ich ein Fahrrad für mehrere Tage (auch über Nacht) auslieh, konnte ich es innen im Gepäckraum abstellen (bekam einen Schlüssel dafür). Sehr zuvorkommend und zu empfehlen. Lage ist ebenfalls optimal.
