Pontos Fortes: - Beleza e Conservação: O hotel é belíssimo e, apesar de ter mais de 60 anos, está muito bem conservado. Foi construído no início da década de 1960 pelo renomado arquiteto Luigi Vietti, que criou um design que harmoniza com a paisagem natural ao redor. - Arquitetura e Decoração: A arquitetura única e a decoração característica da região do Mediterrâneo e da Sardenha são um charme à parte. Luigi Vietti utilizou técnicas e materiais locais, como granito, terracota e madeiras escuras, para criar um hotel que se integra perfeitamente ao ambiente natural. Detalhes nas almofadas dos quartos bordadas à mão em um estilo tradicional chamado "Pibiones" nos encantou! - Vista Deslumbrante: A vista dos quartos para o mar é de tirar o fôlego! - Praia e Atividades: A praia é linda, com água cristalina. Mergulhávamos todos os dias com as crianças, que adoravam ver os vários tipos de peixes. - Atendimento: Os atendentes foram muito atenciosos. Foram especialmente atenciosos com as crianças, deixando um bichinho de pelúcia personalizado para a mais nova e uma caixinha de som JBL personalizada para a mais velha. As crianças ficaram muito felizes! - Atualização Recente: O hotel passou por uma recente atualização, tanto em infraestrutura quanto na equipe. - Bar e Aperitivo: O bar tem drinks deliciosos e é muito agradável tomar o aperitivo ao pôr do sol. - Jardim e Paisagem: A paisagem é de tirar o fôlego, com um jardim bem cuidado e uma variedade imensa de árvores, plantas e flores. As construções de pedra se fundem com a natureza, destacando a arquitetura do hotel. - Privacidade: Os chalés são distantes, proporcionando muita privacidade. As vilas possuem piscinas próprias e vistas exclusivas para o mar. - Transporte Interno: O hotel dispõe de carrinhos de golf guiados por motoristas atenciosos e rápidos. - Spa: O hotel possui um spa de alta qualidade, oferecendo tratamentos relaxantes. - Produtos de Higiene: Todos os produtos de higiene dos quartos são da marca “Acqua di Parma” um toque de luxo adicional. - Serviço de Limpeza: O serviço de limpeza é impecável, com arrumação duas vezes ao dia, de manhã e à noite. Sempre que voltávamos dos jantares, o quarto estava em ordem, com a vira do lençol feita, tapetes macios ao lado da cama e as pantufas prontas, como em todo bom hotel 5 estrelas. Deixavam também prato com frutas frescas e deliciosas da estação - Academia Completa: O hotel tem uma academia muito completa com profissionais especializados em treinos. O personal trainer foi muito atencioso e orientou minha filha mais velha no uso da esteira, permitindo que ela utilizasse o equipamento com segurança, mesmo sendo uma criança ( apesar de ter 11 anos tem altura de uma menina de 18!anos) - Banheiros de Apoio: Os banheiros que dão apoio à piscina e à praia estavam sempre impecavelmente limpos! Em muitos Beach Clubs e hotéis movimentados no verão, os banheiros às vezes deixam a desejar em termos de limpeza e organização. Isso não

Hotel muito antigo serviço muito fraco nada que possa ser uma experiência inesquecível nunca longe disso Esperamos que possa melhorar lugar lindo mais triste por não encantar não a spa piscina fria a muitas coisas a melhorar para ser uma mega experiência ,quem sabe quando renovar possamos ter outras informações melhor para influenciar pessoas a curtir com máxima qualidade

The plot, the garden, the location are world-class and just amazing. You can understand why this place was once known as one of the best hotels at Costa Smeralda. Unfortunately the hotel is totally run-down and poorly managed. From the very beginning of arrival until you leave, one can barely believe the condition of the hotel and the what you experience as a guest. We had a front row room with sea view. The room had a musty smell, dirty windows, dirty lampshades, it was sloppily painted with color blots at tiles and furniture. We could not close the window in our bathroom. The hotel is far away from a minimum standard of a luxury hotel. The food at the bar and at breakfast are a shame for Italy (we never had dinner at the restaurant). The hotel hosts couples without children as well as families with children, which causes problems in terms of noise pollution. It would be easy to offer separate sections at the beach and at the restaurant so both groups can enjoy their stay, but instead you hear „ It’s Italy, what can you do“ when you mention, that babies and small children screaming around constantly at the BAR at 19:00 is a little bit irritating, while trying to enjoy a sun-downer cocktail. The bar is more of a kids club before dinner, than a place where you can enjoy a drink. So we decided to never go to the bar again and always leave the hotel for lunch, drinks and dinner. Given that the food was poor, it was no big loss. In general there are so many details, which are embarrassing, a shame and ridiculous: - the hotel pool: fantastic size but it is lined with a horrendously blue resin, which crumbles at the edges of the pool wall - just a ridiculous eye sore - everywhere you find areas, which are used as storage spaces for garbage - the staff is generally unmotivated and does not have any kind of refined attitude (with some few exceptions - e.g. chef de bar was a perfect example for flawless, refined classic attitude of Italian Grand Hotel) I love Sardinia, I love the exceptional beauty of the nature and the sea, I love the kindness of Sardinian people. They have this special genuine friendlyness, which is heart warming. I also understand, that Sardinia is a little bit more expensive than other parts of Italy. The season is short and you have to bring everything to the island. I am totally aware of it and I believe that exceptional service and luxury shall have a high price tag. But this hotel is just a bad joke. I hope that after the renovation they will also change the management, because luxury is not a matter of refurbished rooms but a mindset, which is created by the people who run and own a hotel.

We just finished a 10 days stay in this beautiful hotel. Everything about the experience in flawless. They key highlight is the staff, everywhere from the restaurant to the bar, beach, porters, housekeeping and managers. They made us feel at home with their kind and hospitable attitude. The property itself is very unique with less than 60 rooms on a bay of at least 20 acres. Beautiful gardens, incredible scenery and amazing emerald waters

Not impressed with the service at this hotel. No recognition for lifetime Titanium. They put us in the back of the hotel and wouldn’t help us put any suite night awards in. The beach is empty but when we came out to get a chair they said we could not have any of the chairs in the front because guests already chose those chairs for their entire stay even if the guest decides to not come out to the beach that day. We are also a guest. It should be available to any guest at the hotel. That’s the equivalent of going to a cheap resort and having people put their towels out on every chair. Skip this property and go somewhere else.

Hotel Patrizza is absolutely outstanding! The service was nothing short of extraordinary as was the food. We frankly couldn’t have asked for more. This hotel and it’s staff ( particularly Peppino and Giuseppe ) go out of their way to make you feel at home. They have truly mastered providing that “ lovin feeling” that most other hotels can only hope to provide.
