amazing customer service, staff was alway more then happy to help if i had any issues. room was so clean and really enjoyable to stay in. it was so easy to book and the staff made sure everything went smoothly. would 100% recommend staying here.

I've never seen such a clean, well kempt, warm and up to date room in a Premier Inn for a long time. Even has USB sockets!! Although the first room I was given had not been serviced I was immediately given another room. (Very apologetic receptionist) The second room was so clean, I couldn't even find any mildew/black spots in the bathroom (normally the sealant) The mirror had no watermarks, the floor was clean and free from nail clippings. I thanked the housekeeping the next day for the care and attention to cleanliness of the room, she said she would pass the thanks on to the Housekeeper who had serviced the room the previous day. The evening meals and breakfasts were the normal run of the mill usual plain meals but cheap enough, the staff were very nice though.

We always use this premier inn at portlethen.we visit our daughter/granddaughter at camphill Estate and its close to portlethen.staff are fantastic rooms are clean and the brewersfair restaurant is lovely food is good and the staff can't do enough to make you feel welcome.5 stars all round.

Left hungry and underwhelmed by both restaurant and staff. No food from 9 pm. Breakfast terrible. Overcooked and left to stand. Toaster took forever and coffee machine not working so only americano available. We left the food. Really poor quality and underwhelming

Disappointed with our stay, not upto scratch at all, really needs some updating. The hotel location is very difficult with no car (we were staying for a wedding near by) we checked in and was given a room backing onto to the road, and noticed the window wouldn't close properly and was quite noisy because of this, went back to reception after abit of a fuss they moved our room, the new room was an improvement (408) but in a section of the building where you walked on the floor and there was constant creaking, you get out of bed the floor creaked, every step there was a creak which was incredibly frustrating. Overall it was an ok stay just disappointed slightly, not upto the normal premier in standard. with the location being slightly remote with no car, we had dinner at the brewers fayre - food was as expected, couldn't complain. We also had breakfast there both morning and again at an ok standard nothing amazing but not awful either.

I regularly come to Aberdeen for friends and family and have used many hotels but this is the only one I've found that has an electric car charger in the car park, although I think more venues are starting to get them installed. This hotel has a rapid charger installed with a 90 mins limit, so I was able to pop in a charge whilst I checked in and that lasted me for the remainder of the trip. This venue is located directly off of the A92 so is incredibly handy for Aberdeen without having to pay Aberdeen's prices. In fact, I drove less than 5 mins and passed by a hotel I had previously stayed at which cost 4 times as much as this hotel! The room was very clean and tidy and I had loads of space. The car park was large and I had my choice of spaces with only a few spaces occupied and was well lit during the night. Meals are provided in the Brewers Fair next door but I didn't use it at all so cannot comment on this, and there's a shopping centre about a 10 mins walk (or 3 mins drive) away and has an Asda (supermarket) as well as other shops, if you forget anything. It's a shame there wasn't a gym or fitness centre but that's why you pay a budget price - it's just somewhere to sleep overnight and relax. Fantastic as a base to explore the north-east of Scotland or, in my case, an overnight stay.
