We were pleasantly surprised and would stay here again. The room were clean and quiet. We liked the bar and live music. The free breakfast was good and we were even able to catch a movie. Even though it’s a pet friendly hotel they had two floors pet free for those of us with allergies. Great value for sure!

I liked the complex very much with the dining options (convenience store, deli, cafe, and nightclub). There was a bar and cinema there as well. Great little complex and full service truck stop. The hotel is connected to it all. Room was clean and comfortable. Wi-fi didn't work really and the ice machine on 2 was broken, but we came at the end of a bad snow storm so I'm guessing maybe they were dealing with staff issues. I would stay there again anytime. Price paid was fair! Just 10 min from downtown Portland.

We were actually surprised at the stay here. It is a truck stop but we needed some place due to the incoming snow storm. Staff was super pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and it was great that we could just walk down the hall and get aa good dinner. It was also surprisingly quiet being a truck stop. They helped arrange transportation to the airport as their shuttle wasn't going.

The best aspect of this property is how super the staff are and the breakfast is great too. The rooms are clean and have everything you need, and the shuttle to and from the airport is great. I am most grateful to the manager who ensured that an item I left behind was retrieved from my room and sent safely back to me - I’m exceptionally grateful for that act of kindness. Thank you :)

Was a little concerned that with my confirmation came their policy stayement that they refuse reservations within 45 miles of facility - we’re about 30 miles but inclement weathermade it advisable to get near the airport in daylight. They let me stay…

It was great overall, except for the very low shower water pressure. Dribbling out seems NOT how it should work. Everything else was very nice. and the connected -in-one-building services (restaurant, cafe, cinema, convenience store, electronics store was AWESOME.

Property condition was great but during check in, hotel desk clerk could not find my reservations even though I had the confirmation number and 2 emails to show for prove. They spent about 30 minutes looking using the confirmation number or under my name. There were no records to be found. Not sure if its *******’s or the hotel’s problem in missing the reservation. Thankfully the hotel has a room available and gave us what appeared to have been confirmed.

This was during an ice storm and they did great with safety of walking to and from cars in the parking lot with de-icing. Room 206 is not great for sleeping with the constant toilet flushing in the walls from upstairs rooms draining through pipes.

Great place to stay. Gas station right there in the parking lot. Breakfast was included eggs, hash browns , toast juice coffee. Easy access to interstate 5. Clean rooms. Friendly staff.
