波特蘭玫瑰花園希洛飯店(Shilo Inn Portland Rose Garden - Convention Center)

我們的房間門沒有鎖，飯店的整體狀況很糟。不是工作人員可以自己打掃的方式；這家酒店非常破舊，需要翻新以使其更清潔/安全。我們也經歷了一場被描述為怪異的冰風暴，但停車場或入口處沒有鹽/沙子可以安全地行走，而且都是純粹的冰層。說實話，這讓我明白為什麼美國人如此頻繁地起訴個人/企業。絕對不會推薦或再次入住。

當時正值冰雪暴期間，他們沒有採取任何措施來確保顧客能夠安全地到達大廳和停車場。有幾英寸厚的冰沒有被鹽漬礫石鏟過！當我掙扎著滑進大廳時，前台只是盯著我看。在出去的路上，我不得不坐在我的車上，然後快速地跑到我的車上，以確保我不會摔倒並摔斷腳踝。這是我經歷過的最可笑的不安全的事情。

The room was not clean. I found a meth pipe in my room. Behind them there's homeless sleeping in tents. The carpet was stained. The ice machine is out of service and from the 3/8 unch of dust has been for a long time. The sheets were clean and i couldn't find any bed bugs. Only good thing i can say

Avoid this place at all costs! It's located in an area rife with homeless people and it's unsafe to walk around, especially after dark. The entire place reeks of cigarette/pot smoke. The room smelled very musty and the carpet was disgusting. We were awakened by a screaming drug addict in the parking lot below our window in the middle of the night. Horrifying! The place houses many very creepy "permanent" residents, apparently down-on-their-luck....lovely! Stay away.

The hotel is an older building, but everything is sturdy. The staff are all very friendly and quite accommodating. Additionally, they have on-site parking for which they do not charge. While not in the best part of town, the street people did not harass or even bother my family while we were there. There's a 7-Eleven right across the street for snacks and drinks. Overall, our stay there was very pleasant and we are definitely going to stay there next time we're in Portland.

The bathroom door didn’t lock. The shower handle fell off. The bed was comfortable. I liked the fact there was a desk area. And a table to use.

Good hotel in a good area, downtown is a quick Uber. Good value for the price. They do charge $8 per car for parking in the lot.

I expected the property to have a cleaner appearance and somewhat updated features. The check in staff was friendly and helpful.
