波特蘭機場舒適套房飯店(Comfort Suites Portland Airport)

We fly in from Hawaii, our flight delayed 3 hours, so we arrived at the hotel at 4am, the girl at the counter was walking towards outside and saw us entering the hotel with luggages without saying a word, we thought she was stepped out just a bit, and waited in the lobby, but she disappeared! There was another man in the lobby he tried to help us find her however no luck. We were so very tired and waited in the lobby for half an hour, she finally came in and gave us the key of the room, it only took like 2 minutes. If it were that simple, why not just handed the key to us upon our arrival, we tried to make phone calls, but the phone rang right in front of us in the counter with nobody inside, it's very very very frustrated.

Hotel Room when in it was great as well as breakfast downstairs. Down side my room was in the middle of a construction zone, plastic entry, plastic entire hall way, loud, music, dust everywhere etc…. I literally was walking by construction workers moving things so I could get by. Appears they are renovating off season entire floor I was on. once completed should be great. Wish I had known previously.

Nice area and safe, convenient store next door, quiet, staff was very respectful and professional. Roomy, with updated feel.

Check-in was a breeze. The Night Auditor was very friendly and efficient. As always, the room was clean & well maintained. Comfort Suites is our "go to hotel" when traveling.

Well there was hair in the beds. The place was under construction/Renovations. Cardboard floors in elevator, plastic on the carpet floor. Very outdated place.

Construction going on in the hotel made it a bit uncomfortable this stay. Staff was friendly and it is close to where I needed to go during my stay. I just wish I would have known when I booked that there was active construction going on.

Great place to stay even though they were doing a little construction. I did not hear any of it from my room. Will definitely stay again. Staff was wonderful.

Should have given heads up, hotel was under construction. Breakfast was underwhelming. Room size was good. Parking was available and safe.

While it wasn't anything fancy, it was close to the airport and the breakfast was pretty good! I would stay there again!
