阿爾凱德飯店(Hotel Alcaide)

Unser Zimmer war im Nachbargebäude, ausreichend groß und leise. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Gehminuten. Das Frühstück war gut, leider ist der Frühstücksraum nicht groß, so dass wir gegen 9 Uhr warten mussten, bis ein Tisch frei wurde. Es gibt nur wenige, sehr enge Parkplätze, auch die Zufahrt ist sehr schmal. Lieber gar nicht erst versuchen.In der Nachbarstraße gibt es ausreichend kostenlose, öffentliche Parkplätze

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel 3 nuits. Chambre climatisée, propre, bonne literie. Petit-déjeuner varié. La piscine est un plus lors des journées chaudes. Parking assez petit mais nous avons toujours trouvé une place (on peut se garer dans la rue sans problème). Bonne localisation, proche des principales attractions à faire en Algarve.

Accueil du réceptionniste Bruno agréable et sympathique qui était la seule chose positive. La chambre était correcte et confortable mais très mal exposé côté ouest et avec une vue sur un terrain vague dangereux et très embroussaillé ! Les équipements sont de moyennes qualités et pour la plupart défectueux, comme notamment dans notre chambre le pommeau de douche avec un jet d’eau aléatoire et irrégulier et qui éclaboussait dans tout les sens ainsi que le levier du mitigeur d’eau du lavabo qui se détachait sans cesse à l’ouverture de l’eau ! Les draps de lit et serviettes de douche pas très propre et ne sont jamais changer lors du séjour ainsi que le ménage et la propreté qui laisse énormément à désirer ! La piscine était très peu fréquentés et quasiment jamais nettoyer avec beaucoup de saleté et d’insalubrité en surface ainsi qu’à l’intérieur. Le petit déjeuner était de moyenne qualité avec très peu de choix et la machine à café de petite taille et très souvent prise d’assaut à l’ouverture de la salle de bon matin. La salle du petit déjeuner est beaucoup trop petite avec beaucoup trop de monde au même moment et pour un début de saison et début de mois de mai plutôt fréquentés. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement et pour un niveau rapport qualité prix vraiment plutôt médiocre et décevant pour le Portugal !

Atendimento é muito bom .Perto da praia, bom café da manha, piscina, bar. Quarto bom, a cama não é de casal, é de solteira encostada, com varanda e geladeira, banheiro enorme, foi o maior ate aqui. Esracionamento para poucos carros

Hotel com Excelente localização. Quartos limpos e bem organizados; Atendimento de todo Staff cordial e prestativo. Café da manhã com uma boa variedade e atendendo a todos os gostos. Tanto as áreas externas como internas sempre muito limpas

Les chambres sont très propres. Petit déjeuner très complet et un personnel très attentionné. Voiture obligatoire mais parking très petit. On peut se garer dehors. Il y a également une piscine très agréable

Personnel très accueillant! Tranquille. Belle piscine. Petit dejeuner de style buffet bien diversifié.

We left the Alcaide this morning, after taking a 6 night break to escape the awful British weather. We love this small, boutique hotel and all of the hardworking staff, from the cleaners and the maintenance man, to the kitchen staff and front of house. They work well together as a close team and it works very well indeed. The place is very clean and well maintained. It's low rise, at 3 storeys high, really well located, with restaurants and some shops close by and the beach only a few minutes walk. The breakfast is buffet style, it's very good, with a cold meat and cheese selection, traditional cooked section, local cakes and, of course, lots of lovely fresh fruit and yogurts. The pool and surrounding area, together with the 4 lounge areas and bar with a balcony, are all great places to relax and again, are spotlessly clean. It's very easy to get around and although we hire a car at Faro airport (from the excellent Drive4fun) we love walking into Praia do Roche and Portimao centre, to the East and following the amazing coastal path through beautiful woodland and spectacular viewing areas to nearby Alvor, in the West. This place really is a gem and the price and quality, suits us perfectly. We'll be back for another visit, maybe in the autumn, or next spring when the area is again full of nesting birds and the wild flowers, with lots of Orchids, are at their best. The old salt lagoons, to the West of Alvor, are also a delight for twitchers, with many types of wading birds overwintering there and even a resident, small flock of flamingos, guaranteed to excite and entertain.
