My wife and I have just enjoyed an amzing week at this lovely hotel. Set right by Lake Garda with gorgeous uninterrupted views from almost every room the location is perfect. A few minutes walk into the centre of Salo along a purpose built lakeside path and you are at the ferry station. The town has all the amenities you could hope for on a holiday with lots of shops, cafe’s and comfortable spots to sit and watch the world go by. My wife and I stayed at Hotel Salo Du Parc for a week to include breakfast and evening meal. Both provided an excellent array of food. Full English and loads of continental options for breakfast and a 4 course menu every night for evening dinner. I have to say I’ve stayed at many hotels with these options but the food here is top class. No repeats on the dinner, everything beautifully cooked and presented and delivered by a fantastic crew who work tirelessly to look after their guests. Our room (410) at the furthest corner was kept spotlessly clean with fresh towels daily.

The grand old lady is due for a facelift, and it is the correct time. However, the welcome she gives is honest, and fulfilling. The restaurant for dinner is excellent, even though the breakfast layout does feel a little like a cafeteria at the current time. The hotel rooms are old-fashioned but spotless, with high ceilings and terraces and plenty of space. Great views. private jetty for boat traps, and close to the public jetty for transport across the lake. Beautifully situated for Gardone, Salo, Sirmione and the south western part of Lake Garda. Easy walking to the Heller garden and the Vittoriale. A great stay.

We had a wonderful 5-night stay here to celebrate my wife’s big birthday. The hotel is elegant with beautiful gardens and of course stunning views. A highlight was relaxing on the garden loungers and early swimming in the lake. Even in mid August it was no trouble to find a sun bed and the faultlessly charming garden/pool staff were always on hand for anything. Breakfast was amazing and so relaxing with that breathtaking view. We ate in the hotel a couple of times which was excellent but if you want to stretch your budget then there are superb (and much cheaper) restaurants nearby. Try Wimmer restaurant just 1km walk south towards Gardone Riviera. One small blip was the initial room we were given was very disappointing with a tiny old bathroom and a huge tree obscuring most of the direct lake view. However we have kept a 5 star rating as, once we complained, this was immediately resolved with a move to much nicer and higher room. Finally, thank you to concierge who arranged special dinners for us and also some excellent eMTB experiences - especially recommend the day tour with guide including wine tasting 😎 🥂 We will definitely return one day…

我們剛剛從酒店Poiano Resort的兩個星期回來。這是一家美麗的酒店,環境優美。我們有兩個標準間,其中一個可能是我從酒店陽台上看到的最好的景色,另一個是令人愉快的,雖然沒有那麼令人驚歎。客房本身是高標準,配備了充足的存儲空間,冰箱,電視,水壺和吹風機,在體面的浴室。定期維修/清潔,並保持高標準。度假村擁有輕鬆的家庭感覺,但服務水平很高,特別是在餐廳。我們住了半膳,還有豐盛的早餐,晚上享受了套餐式菜單。我們想知道晚上的選擇是什麼,但不必擔心。有沙拉酒吧,然後是當天選擇的兩道菜,然後是甜點自助餐。起動器/主菜是肉,魚和素食選擇,並提供了一系列可愛的正宗意大利食物。我們嘗試了很多我們可能不會做的菜,從來沒有吃過兩次同樣的東西(除了提拉米蘇,但在羅馬時)絕對美味!!!吃喝訂單都是用心的服務員在桌子上拿的,房子酒特別好,只花了2.5歐一杯。度假村有一個大池子,有很多日光浴牀,還有其他運動設施。白天有一些活動;足球,水球等,這是有趣的選擇,但並沒有過度侵入和平。當地很容易通過公共汽車,或船探索,並且有足夠的成年人和3名青少年感興趣。總的來說,這是一個很棒的假期。希望我們還在那裏!

We did booked a room for 4 nights with City view. Got a room with Bamboo view - first floor above garage exit behind a hedge of Bamboor at 3 meters away from the balcony. Reclamation at the reception l earned thet first there were no rooms with city view, secondly it was our own mistake and shouild not book via Bookit. Than I left.... At checking out, the concept invoice was not correct. We have been here several times before Covid. Not sure if we will return

We spent a few days at the B&B Hotel Affi Lago Di Garda this week and I have mixed feelings about the place. The staff were excellent. They worked very hard to understand and be understood and were extremely helpful. The Room The room was a good size with high ceilings and a large window. The bed and pillows were excellent. The bathroom included a bath, very good shower and bidet. Everything was clean and in great condition. There was a safe and a small fridge in the wardrobe, a desk, chair and stool. On the downside, there are no coffee/tea making facilities in the room, and we had to ask at reception for two (plastic) glasses so we had something do drink from. The aircon system in the room unfortunately wouldn't turn down and would only pump out heat. The temperature got as high as 30C so we had to sleep with the windows opened to be comfortable. The room also only came with a single toilet roll, which caused a rushed and embarrasing trip in the lift to get another from reception. Facilities This is a basic hotel offering the minimum of facilities, but at the price it's what you would expect. There is a seating area in reception and tables outside, which we saw a few other guests using. In reception there are fridges selling water, soda and alcoholic drinks at reasonable prices and some shelves of basics like biscuits and deoderant, which you pay for at reception. The staff are happy to order taxis and add breakfast to your booking if you haven't included it already. Breakfast Terrible. The breakfast room is large and the staff member working in there was very efficient, but the food is absolutely awful. The only hot food on offer at breakfast is chopped-up hotdog sausages and scrambled egg. As for the rest, there is off-brand breakfast cereal, bread, cheap local ham, cheese and some fruit. This is not a good selection at all and leaves you feeling inadequately set up for the day, especially from a hotel that has the word 'breakfast' right there in its name. In the dining room there is also a machine offering fruit juice and a very good coffee machine. Lastly: The hotel is NOT on Lake Garda. You cannot see the lake from the hotel. It is a 20 minute, €45 taxi ride from the lake. If you want to get to somewhere beautiful like Sirmione, then the cab will cost you a minimum of €80, each way. Taxis generally are EXTREMELY expensive, and for a hotel as far away from the airport as this one is, they can affect the whole holiday negatively.

Come ormai da consuetudine i compleanni li festeggiamo a Gardaland Hotel è quello dello scorso fine settimana era un compleanno particolarmente importante: il 40° di mia moglie. Posso riassumere l'esperienza in 3 parole: QUALITÀ, PASSIONE E PREPARAZIONE! Sulla qualità, sia della cena che dell'intero soggiorno sapevo di andare sul sicuro, siamo ospiti abituali da diversi anni e con noi non ne hanno mai sbagliata una. Con la struttura vicino al 100% di occupazione (parliamo di oltre 1300 ospiti) e l'annosa problematica della carenza di personale la passione per il proprio lavoro e la grande preparazione hanno fatto la differenza; tempistiche perfette, richieste soddisfatte al 100% e anche un paio di graditissimi fuori programma! Visto la passione di mia moglie per fucsia abbiamo impostato un tema fenicottero con le commensali vestite di rosa/fucsia e una torta fatta a fenicottero! Siamo rimasti, ancora una volta, tutti strabiliati. Questa volta hanno soggiornato anche i miei genitori e i miei suoceri, tutti hanno apprezzato la pulizia delle stanze, la qualità della ristorazione e la gentilezza del personale. Voglio prendere l'occasione per ringraziare il Direttore per il suo preciso e sempre puntuale coordinamento di tutte attività e dello staff, Paolo del customer care che è per noi sempre un punto di riferimento, lo Chef Dario e il suo braccio destro Alessio che ogni volta ci deliziano il palato è di sicuro non ci fanno mai andar via con la fame, Patrizia e Giacomo del Wonder Restaurant supporti fondamentali durante le colazioni e le cene, Valeria del Tutankhamon che ha coordinato un ottimo servizio in occasione della cena di compleanno, Marcello e Marco del Wonder Bar, ottimi Barman e organizzatori di aperitivi e la pasticceria che ha fatto una vera e propria opera d'arte con la torta. Dedico un focus all'animazione: Shirley, Mattia e Giuseppe sono sempre l'anima della festa, Francesca, ormai poco presente in hotel visto il nuovo incarico al Parco, che, con grande stupore, era presente come supporto allo staff e Carlo, nuovo responsabile animazione hotel, che ci ha deliziati con il secondo gradito fuori programma facendo un bellissimo spettacolo di magia usando anche un bastone a fenicottero! GRAZIE!

This hotel feels like home. It's so heartwarming to live there. The staff is the friendliest staff I've seen Best food on Garda, rooms are good and amenities too. Location is great, and pool and saunas are amazing! Very cool atmosphere and live music on dinner.

This was my third stay at this luxurious building overlooking the northern part of Lake Garda. Superb staff throughout the hotel, food was outstanding as well as the pleasant service in the restaurant. Indoor swimming pool and sauna are one of the best I have used. I will definitely revisit.
