Very comfortable resort. Large rooms. Good location, out of town and on the key bus route so easy to get in and out of town (150VT for adults and 50VT for kids), nice pool and right on the water with decent snorkelling (the resort has snorkels that you can use but a lot of them are broken and you would be best to bring your own). Could do with a bar poolside, where you can order food, would significantly increase the atmosphere. Food at Cafe Vila and Three Pigs was good as any, although had a mix up and had to wait an hour one night for the kids meals. Staff helpful and friendly. Overall 4/5.

We were staying somewhere else nearby that was not satisfactory so moved here for our remaining 4 nights. All the apartments are adjacent to the pool on either the ground or first floors (no lift). Our 2BR apartment was very comfortable with aircon in both bedrooms as well as the living area; we were able to keep the whole place cool for most of the day using just the aircon in the living area. Both bathrooms are a good size and the kitchen living area spacious with a reasonable supply of kitchen utensils; we asked for and were brought a sharp cutting knife. Like most island countries Vanuatu was badly affected by Covid lockdowns and then recently by tropical storms that caused major damage to the surrounding gardens, but work had started on rebuilding the gym while we were there. We found the front desk staff Sandra, Rose, Lydia & Sharlyn really helpful and friendly by responding quickly to any questions we had. The rooms are looking a little dated and need some minor maintenance to elevate the stay to excellent.

Great resort down on Pango Pt. Rooms are spacious, clean and have great views. All receive lovely sea breeze and have balconies that over look the pool and ocean. The two restaurants are amazing! The food quality, presentation and options are very impressive! People travel from Vila to eat here! Staff are amazing Mona at cafe Vila was so lovely and took care of us Rose at front desk is an angel! She helped us out so many times and was always so friendly and warm. Lydia and sharlyn on the front desk were warm and helpful always. There were so many amazing staff members there! You can snorkel and kayak out the front and there is amazing coral, Bombies and drop offs with plenty of fish to look at.

Nasama Resort was a great option for us as a family. The resort beach and rockpool are a huge highlight, with fish and coral so close to the shore, we snorkelled there a number of times. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well kept. The inclusion of a washing machine (powder provided) was very helpful. We found the staff really lovely and great to deal with. The included breakfast is another big plus, lots of delicious options and again, the staff in the restaurant are wonderful.

We had a great time at Nasama - unfortunately the weather was very windy and often rainy so we didn't get to enjoy the pool and beach (which I was so looking forward to) much but both are beautiful with lots of chairs both in the sun and shade. The room was great, big comfy bed, so much space, cute patio area, lots of cooking facilities and a smart tv was unexpected but great when it rained! Check in and check out both smooth, we got a complimentary late checkout. The included breakfast was good, both restaurants on site a little bit on the expensive side but I found that to be all 'western' restaurants in Port Vila so nothing to fault the resort on, just good to know before you go. You can hire snorkel gear, reef shoes etc for free which is great. All the staff were so lovely and friendly. Pako the driver was great, we went on a day tour with him and would definitely recommend. It's easy to get buses to and from the resort into town which is great. We left some of our things on an airport transfer bus, thankfully we'd booked through the resort and they were incredibly helpful getting it back and posting it back to Australia for us, can't thank them enough for that. Overall definitely recommend, a great spot to stay when exploring Efate.

Thanks again to all the staff for once again a wonderful stay Nasama Resort is located at Pango a terrific location away from the hustle of Port Vila traffic It’s great to have both a lovely pool area and the ocean to enjoy at the end of a busy day The self contained apartments are well equipped and it’s so convenient to buy fresh produce from the markets to prepare your meals yourself The staff are excellent Gardeners Maintenance to Domestic Reception and Restaurant staff A big thank you to Anna Melody Basil Giselle in Cafe Vila And Saraline Anna and Serena our lovely Domestic service ladies The 2 restaurants available on site are excellent The food carefully cooked and presented exceptionally well Public transport buses are plentiful out the front of the resort or reception very happy to help with transport bookings I highly recommend Nasama Resort for couples or families looking for a bit of paradise Until next time in April when we will meet again 🌺

Lovely relaxing place with a tropical feeling. Staff are friendly and helpful. Sherline from house keeping was especially good! It was easy to catch the bus into Port Vila. Drivers were at the front of the resort if you wanted to organise a trip around the island or to go and go sightseeing. Parco was a lovely and interesting driver.
