ibis is very character in its great breakfast and quick check in and out. the fresh off baked beans, croissant, scrambled eggs and commendable coffee. you can find all your needs met in one place.

The hotel is very close to the main road from the M4, making it a convenient location - easy access from the motorway and just a short drive into the city, or wonderful Gower beyond. There is ample parking available, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
The Ibis would do well to remove cars parking on the slip road into the hotel during working hours - they are an obstruction and nuisance. Rooms on the main road side are noisy - next time I'll make sure we're on the car park side.

Very good value for money especially with free parking. Only negative was the bed was a little too hard but appreciate not all mattress are suitable for everyone.

We stayed here after we went for a birthday meal, and were delighted. On arrival the young man behind the desk was so welcoming. The room was immaculate and so lovely. We even took a trip to the bar and the same young man held a lovely conversation. Thank you for our stay!

very clean and well maintained property, staff courteous and friendly, my only negative was that i had booked 2 x double rooms, upon arrival i was told that the booking was for 1 room only. I have checked my booking and it was definitely for 2 double rooms. Thankfully they had a single room available not ideal but it sufficed.
