Private partially covered patio with hot tub, fire pit and seating. Large property with volley ball net and room for other activities. Huge open concept living room/kitchen area with plenty of room to hang out and enjoy a meal!! Walking distance to the beach, a wide variety of restaurants, bars and a coffee shop. 2 generous sized bedrooms on the main floor with king sized beds and a private office in one. 2 bedrooms located on the second floor. *** Free use of golf cart included with stay***About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 25.About events:No events allowed.

This was our third year staying here and we absolutely love it. It’s a beautiful, well maintained house in a wonderful community. We will definitely be back.

My girlfriends and I, friends since we were about eight years old now in our 60s held our annual girlfriends weekend at this location. This home was perfect for all of us. It was in a good location, walking distance to the beach and to the local restaurants. The golf cart was extremely helpful as one of my friends has a mobility issue. The house and amenities are great. We all had a wonderful time, Port Sanilac is a nice little city along the lake. Thank you to our host for allowing us to make more wonderful memories.

We had a family wedding at a local lavender farm. There were 5 adults. The house was perfect for us. Newly decorated and very spacious. Even the adult kids commented how clean it was! We would stay here again.

Great location and lovely home
Nice open kitchen and living area. The upstairs bedrooms were a little warm, unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t make it upstairs. Great hot tub and fire pit area.

Cozy family retreat
The home was beautiful and had plenty of space for the whole family. Everyone loved the hot tub! The location was great, with the market and beach just a 2 min drive away. Would definitely bring the family again!
