(K cups, ground coffee, tea bags, sugar and creamers)Also features all brand new stainless steel appliances. We include dishwashing detergent, dishwasher pods, sponge, brush and cleaning products under the kitchen sink.We offer 3 beautiful spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, dresser, nightstands, new smart tv, a huge walk in closet, with iron & ironing board, private bath, 2 vanities, walk in shower and soaking tub.2nd guestroom features a queen bed, dresser, end tables, new smart tv and a walk in closet.3rd guestroom features 2 full sized beds, end tables, new smart tv and a walk in closet. In the closet is a travel sized pack and play and child booster seat.The 2 guest bedrooms share a separate hall bath which is also the cabana bath to the pool area. Features a single vanity and walk in shower.Sliders in the dining room lead to the beautiful screened in lanai with inground heated pool. (85 degrees year round) Seating for 9 under the covered porch with ceiling fans. We also have a beautiful outdoor grilling and seating area under the palm trees for shade in a private fenced in backyard. (need to update pictures just completed the fence in December)Guest will have access to the 2 car garage, but please no parking in the garage.There is an extra fridge/freezer, utility sink, beach chairs, cooler, high chair, broom, vacuum and step stool located there. There is room for 4 cars in the driveway.There is also an indoor laundry room with new washer and dryer. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets included!We also offer games for kids and adults!
