This was my second visit to this property. Rooms are very clean, staff is friendly and breakfast is very good. Many walkable dining options.

I didn’t like that 2 front desk employees were on the 5th floor, next to my room slamming doors in the hall way. This was going on for at least 30 minutes at 11 PM at night, I went into the hall and told them to please stop slamming the doors.

Everything was perfect. The laundry facility was great and we especially enjoyed the breakfast.

Simply asking a question led to an unwarranted suggestion to leave. This type of treatment left me perplexed, as I expected a higher standard of customer service from a reputable chain like Holiday Inn Express. What struck me the most was the apparent prejudice in their behavior. It seemed there was a selective willingness to accommodate others, while my reasonable requests were dismissed. This inconsistency is unacceptable and goes against the principles of hospitality. In conclusion, my stay fell far short of the standards I anticipated from a hotel of this caliber. I hope this feedback prompts the necessary improvements in staff behavior and customer service at the Holiday Inn Express. It's perplexing that after my disappointing experience at the first Holiday Inn Express, I decided to try another location under the same name. To my surprise, the service at the second hotel not only met my expectations but exceeded them.
