Separate Mother-In-Law suite with its own entrance, kitchen, laundry, and living/dining room. Each room has a ceiling fan and there are 2 thermostats, one for the main house and one for the MiL suite. You will feel at home while you're traveling in Port St Joe with 2 stocked kitchens, extra linens and beach towels, throw blankets, and many board and card games. Every bedroom and the 2 living rooms have a hanging., Smart TV with all the streaming services. Margarita Station at the bar with machine, glasses, and everything needed for Happy Hour. The beach house is less than a 10 minute walk to St Joe’s Beach and Mexico Beach known for its white sand, clear blue water, and sandbars allowing you to enjoy the ocean. 5 minute walk to the beautiful resort pool and pool house overlooking the ocean with an additional resort pool a short ride away via golf cart. Boardwalks lead to your private beach access and golf cart only road allows you to drive to any beach point for 2 miles. We have all your beach gear: snorkel equipment, boogie boards, floats and noodles, toys, shell collecting bags, beach wagon w/ 2 levels, 10 beach chairs, 4 bikes, and a 4-person golf cart, and an Outdoor Shower! This golf cart friendly beach community includes 2 heated pools, miles of walking, biking and running trails, restaurants, live music, bars, stores, Aesthics and salon, and even an ice cream parlor and coffee shop!
