El cuarto y camas de show muy agradable dormir , limpieza tiene 10 en cambio el microondas no funciona bien por otra parte se me quedo un abrigo y he llamado y no contestan

Deben de tener mas personal para limpieza y terner mas alimentos en el desayuno

My family and I stayed for over 40 days. The breakfast was great, fresh pancakes and ceral for the kids. The staff was helpful, although most transactions are handled through a kiosk. Overall it was good for the price and would stay again.

The hotel is in need of upgrades. Grounds were poorly kept. Beautiful view of the marshlands. Quiet. Very basic but clean. Places to eat nearby.

Very friendly young that checked me in, the room was very clean, there was well enough towels. Comfortable beds . I will definitely be staying at the hotel again in the future. Thank you to all staff that help made my stay at this hotel a great one.

They came into our room and stole all of our water bottles eventhough we put up the do not disturb sign so that no one will come in when we leave

Security doors were broken on both levels, and the property needs significant improvement. The room look picture perfect until you inspect further. The bedding was dirty, the “fresh towels” had smudge marks on them and the floor had debris all over. My room had an adjoining room that the occupants tried to open. The sole staff member showed up at the desk with slides l, sweatpants, and a t-shirt on. I would not recommend this property for anyone.

They claim it includes breakfast but not even orange juice was available. Check in took almost 20 minutes, which is extremely inconvenient. Last but not least, the room had used towels on the floor from previous guest. I surely assume their cleanliness protocol is horrible. I understand it is not a fancy facility but the least I expect is a clean room. Disappointed!
