Terrible location for site. Looking at stockpiles of road base and dirt. Woken each morning ag 615/630am by permanent residents motorcycle when they were going to work. Then the neighbouring building started greeting NDIS patients with loud greetings from 7am who were able to look straight into our site giving no privacy. Between the enormous number of mosquitoes and rats constantly running along the timbered fence every night it made sitting outside near impossible. Very old and rundown facilities and even worse amenities.

Great value for money. We had an ensuite site for two nights - was very clean and tidy. Was a nice quiet park. The bbq and pool area looked great - we didn’t use this time but would def stay again when it is warmer and make use of these facilities.

Not happy at all, looks great from the front entrance, but then the powered sites are squeezed in down the back of the park in a paddock. The ensuite site we had was a muddy hole, the slab was filthy, the ensuite door wouldn't lock as so weather beaten. Sites are in between the permanent residents which are not of a high calibre, one was out checking bins. We ended up suffering through one night then packed up & moved to another caravan park.

We chose this park because it was excellent value. The position suited us being a little bit out of town and the service on entry was excellent. The park is a bit older than some but it would have to be the best maintained park we have been to. We chose an ensuite site because the prices were so good.

TERRIBLE customer service. They made a mistake with booking, and by the time I realised, they refused to fix the problem. When i requested to speak to the Manager to compromise on a solution, they refused. In hindsight, it was a blessing in disguise, as recent reviews since I made the booking have been terrible also. Found a much nicer place to stay, in better location, for same price!

Nicely kept park with mixed cabins etc options. Pool and bbq area must be lovely to use in summer. Good stay, comfy bed but.... very dirty floor. And when brought to attention to one of the front office staff she more or less shrugged it off as beng normal.... not good enough

This park is a park for permanent residents It should state that you are 1mtr away from a permant residence we had an ensuite site that was cramped & that is being generous with this review . The park is not a tourist park it is a cabin park more suited to transient overnight and permanent stays It states in their handout that the Macquarie Hibbard Sports & Leisure club is across the rd from the park with, Bistro , Keno, Poker Machines, Bottle Shop, Entertainment & a courtesy to Panthers & Port City Clubs. Not So the club is Closed & is in recievership & has been sold up
