Ultiqa村莊度假村

Decent property. Don't think it can be called a "Resort". Didn't have cleaning service, nor even basic provisions such as paper towels nor adequate washing/dish washing pods. The couch and pillows were triggering sneezing to everyone. The points were too high for the quality of the rooms

Altiqa Resort bungalows are very spacious, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor, plus a separate toilet. The loft was excellent for our three grandchildren, with a TV/DVD player and their own lounge area. The unit is fully self contained, with a large living area, plus a lovely deck overlooking the lagoon. The resort has lots of activities including kayaking, tennis, mini golf, an indoor swimming pool and hot tub, sauna, adult and childrens members lounges, a gym, lots of BBQs and picnic areas and sun lounges scattered everywhere.

A great place for a family holiday. Lots to do at the resort. Spacious accomodation and lovely landscaped grounds on the lake with many types of birdlife.

We ended up at this property since it was the only one available on short notice through our vacation club. The downside was drive time from Sydney, but it was nice to be away from the big city. There are plenty of points of interest to see in town and others were within a 1 1/2 hour drive. The staff were very friendly and helpful between check in and recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit outside town. Our bungalow was clean and roomy, but it was way oversized for just two people. It’s better suited for a family since there is a second ground floor bedroom with a queen bed and additional twin beds in the upstairs section. It was nice having a full kitchen with a large refrigerator since we purchased food and beverages at the nearby Aldi store and prepared it so we didn’t have to eat out every day. The resort has a tropical feel and the trees, plants and flowers are awesome. We spent most of our time sightseeing, so we didn’t use the indoor pool or clubhouse, but they are available until 9 pm.

Spacious bungalows good for a big family. Lagoon with kayaks and canoes, great indoor pool, tennis courts, billiards, snooker, ping pong, small gym, and free equipment for all of these. All units back from road, quiet at night. A few planes overhead during the day from neighbor small airport. Need car for area trips.

My recent stay at Ultiqa Village Resort in Port Macquarie was a profound disappointment, far from the luxurious and relaxing experience we had anticipated. The villa's condition upon arrival was appalling. Signs threatening excessive charges for minor mishaps immediately set an uncomfortable tone. The property was shockingly dirty, with dust, hairs, and dead flies scattered throughout. The bathroom and bedroom were unclean, with evidence of previous occupants and various pests. The kitchen areas were equally disappointing, with a foul smell, dead flies, and a swarm of fruit flies, making it uninviting. The attic room was uninhabitable due to an overpowering smell of urine, accompanied by dead insects, spiders, and animal droppings on the bed linen. Seeking assistance at reception was futile, leaving us feeling unwelcome and stranded. The state of the resort grounds only added to our disappointment. Uncleaned animal waste, a polluted lake, and hazardous beach areas littered with broken glass and damaged equipment were far from the promised beauty and serenity. Safety hazards were rampant, with construction materials left unattended and broken fixtures secured haphazardly. Resort amenities like the spa, tennis courts, and island in the lake were in a deplorable state, unfit for use. Attempts to address our concerns with the staff were met with hostility and rudeness, making the situation even more uncomfortable. Ultimately, this experience fell drastically short of the relaxing and luxurious holiday we had hoped for after a year of hard work. The resort's disregard for cleanliness, safety, and customer service made it an extremely regrettable stay. We have reached out to ultiqa several times with no success
