This beachfront complex features 5 towers, the largest and tower being Tower III where this unit #1001 three bedroom is located way up on the 10th floor for truly breathtaking views of the beach, resort property, pools and Gulf of Mexico. This condo allows up to 10 guests, though sleeping space is more adequate for 8ish unless kids are involved. Two full bathrooms, one of which is en suite to the master bedroom which also has a view of the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, etc ready to go for making memorable family meals. These 3 bedroom condos are rare & hard to find on the beach on the Island, especially at such a supreme complex as Saida. Saida is THE most walkable location on the Island! Enjoy a massive patio with table overlooking all the grounds & beach, a great spot to enjoy a morning coffee or sunset margarita. The open concept kitchen flows right into the 8 person dining area as well as living room that goes directly out to the patio. This condo is equipped with high speed internet / wifi, though the Net on the Island isn’t always perfect. Exact bedding includes a king bed in the master bedroom, an adult sized bunk bed with each bed as a full sized bed so 2 beds in there, and a queen bed in the 3rd bedroom. The bunk room definitely has room for the double sized airbed and pump we provide, as well as 2 couches in the living room (sorry not a pullout). Please bring bedding for the couches or airbed if you plan on using my friends. The living room & bedrooms all feature flat screen SMART Tvs as well to wind down after a long day at the beach. One great feature of this condo is the stackable washer & dryer so that you don’t have to go home with dirty duds! We provide linens & towels, and our rental includes a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps and dishwasher pods - it is not unlimited nor replenished. This property is professionally managed locally by South Padre Island Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd 78597 if you should need anything while you stay the office is open 9 am to 5 pm 7 days per week About the Complex Saida has 24 hour a day private security, 100% secure parking (up to 2 parking permits issued for a 3 bedroom like this condo), 3 pools of which one is heated Dec 1 to Apr 1, 3 Texas Sized hot tubs outside heated year round, Tennis AND rare pickleball courts, private beach access with showers, tons of sun loungers, and a pool side bar & grill open generally weekends. This complex is high walled all around with its 24 hour a day security, with lots of grass ground and families with children making it much more fun for your kiddos to as they will surely meet others in a very safe & secure environment. The olympic sized pool in front of tower III is not heated and is not BYOB friendly as the bar poolside has a liquor license. The open times of this bar are somewhat unpredictable, blame it on the Island life! The other two pools beachfront (of which one is heated) ARE BYOB friendly just no glass. 2 of the tennis courts are set up for pickleball, and that is first come first serve but at least private to this complex. Paddles and balls as well as tennis rackets are not provided so please remember to bring if you want to play! So much fun too! What we REALLY love about this condo is the massive size & privacy of a three bedroom, plus that ohhh-la-la view from the 10th floor! Go a bit bigger this year on attitude and size and book our great Saida Towers! Few more things: An electronic key code is provided they day of check in by 3 pm, generally not before to the phone number on file. 2 max parking permits will be issued and max in condo is 10 humans. An e-sign rental agreement we do email to you must be completed to prior to arrival along with attaching a picture of your photo ID. This is NOT optional and required to maintain our STR Rental License with the City Minimum age of primary tenant is 25 years of age, no exceptions. This condo is NOT college student spring break friendly, sorry contact inertia tours if college students they have some In March AND during Easter this property HOA association charges a $29.25 per person security wristband fee which we pre collect for your convenience prior to your arrival. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this, except only those 13 to 33 years old must pay and wear. Dunno how they came up with that age range, sorry! Just be aware of this additional fee! Max is 2 cars and we issue parking permits You must have completed the docusign rental agreement and attached a photo of your picture ID, read the house rules. We will not provide door code for entry without these being done nor will we offer a refund for this. Simply no better complex on SPI for kiddos About this Space Thank you so much for considering my second home at Saida Towers in tower 4 on the 4th floor! Please message me with any questions prior to booking or after I am here to help you enjoy our place Saida is the largest condo complex on the island, consisting of 5 towers beachfront, with 3 pools one of which is heated seasonally - plus 3 hot tubs heated, pickleball/tennis courts (private to this complex guests) and a sometimes open on weekends bar & grill. There is no other condo complex this resort like on South Padre Island. One thing that sets this direct beachview condo apart is the size - it is the largest 2 bedroom floor plan with 1379 square feet of living space, and more than ample bedding for families to enjoy or share up to 8 people allowed and it actually fits 8 too. Each bedroom has a flat screen, plus the living room has a brand new 65 inch HD smart TV wall mounted. The open concept kitchen flows right to the dining and living area for hanging out. Right out the patio door is a nice sized balcony with a rare gas grill. (note we don't provide gas bring a LP tank) I do have a dedicated desk in the living room if you don't want to work at a counter that I have found very useful for getting some stuff done while still interacting with my kiddos when we stay here. Bedding is as follows: King in Master Second bedroom has adult sized bunk beds that feature full sized brand new mattresses. There is also a "side" queen bed and large closet. The full bath off the kitchen services this bedroom. In the living room, there is a custom cabinet that has a single size pull out. I do not consider this really suitable for an adult but for a child up to early teens totally fine The large section couch as well as the provided queen sized airbed and pump in the bedroom closet (bring extra bedding if you plan on using) is also there just in case. The kitchen is fully equipped ready to go. I have a blender, all utensils, etc and the fridge is brand new LG stainless. The range is electric burner cooktop with an oven under. I recently did new backsplash, and replaced the handing old skool ceiling lights with recessed and tiled it to match nicely. 4 bar stools are also brand new. We do provide coffee, creamer, and sweetener as well as a starter pack of hand soaps, dish soap, dishwasher pods, 1 roll of paper towels new and starters of toilet paper. All towels and linens are also provided - crisp white. One shower is walk in in master, while the 2nd full bath is a tub/shower combo if you have kids to bathe. I do own the property manager the best property management company on the Island, and this is one of my personal units and I tried to install every possible thing a family could want to the best of my ability to make this a great place to enjoy the beach. Two final thoughts: 1.) Saida is so great as you can walk to dozens of bars and restaurants 2.) Saida is fantastic as for kiddos - it has a "semi closed" eco system. IE you cannot access this property is you are not staying here - security is super tight so your family will feel very safe. There are so many kids and families here for your kids to meet and play with too Don't forget - beach gear (I don't provide as so messy) Or rent 2 chairs and umbrella on the beach for $45 cash per day - bring cash and no need to reserve in advance the vendor is right in front of saida on teh beach. The snack bar/grill/ bar is not open common hours it is real hit or miss. It is an outside vendor so please be aware of this. The 2 beachfront pools you can BYBO anyway just no glass is allowed poolside nor on the beach ($750 ticket on the beach).
