Hedland Hotel

I have stayed at the Hedland Hotel on more than multiple occasions over the past 10 years, after not being to the hotel for a little over 10 months, the changes that have been made are phenomenal. The rooms are really clean and tidy and above all else comfortable. The changes in the restaurant and bar areas are next level and exactly what Port Hedland has needed for years. The staff are excellent and extremely helpful, with nothing ever being too much trouble. Keep up the great work.

Very comfortable and convenient hotel, with a pleasant beach front setting. Good rooms to relax in, and were fairly quiet. Great staff, very helpful. Restaurant meals and service were fantastic, with seafront view. On the downside, it has a bit of a FIFO vibe, which may not suit all travelers. Some features in the rooms need some updating (including a damaged lamp fitting), and some painting is required - attending to these I would give a 5 star rating. I would be happy to use this hotel again for a business trip.

The stay was booked by my office on an official trip. The first sight of the location itself was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were sea facing and what a place to spend the evening's seeing the large ships sail through. To add on the staffs were extremely courteous and always with welcoming smile. Especially Ms Maria from the housekeeping and Sinate from Bistro. Tables are laid facing the beach and option of choosing to dine and drink inside the glass view restaurant is available as well. Though the choice of menu is limited, it is served in quick time, presented well and lip smacking. Prices too, are not hard on the pockets either. The rooms are designed well, spacious and maintained clean and neat. Again Thanks to all the staff engaged.( The core strength of this hotel are its staff and location). I had the pleasure of staying here for 4 days, and overall it was a memorable and pleasant stay all the way. Finally a special mention to the manager Jay who takes care of the every proceedings of the hotel personally. Can't wait to be back here very soon. Thank you Entire Team Hedland!!

Great food and excellent service at restaurant. Monica at breakfast was very helpful. Overall everyone is nice. Good view of sea from terrace to have a drink after work. Rooms were nice and enjoyed the stay.👏🧡

On business trip which company booked. Definitely not disappointed. Staffs at restaurant, housekeeping and reception were excellent. Always helpful and accomondating. Food was good and quick. Buffalo wings were yummy. Definitely recommended.

Feedback is Excellent rooms with sea view. Staffs are amazing at the restaurant. Food was good with enough options. Margaritas were yummy. Nice atmosphere in the evening outside where the terrace is. Very good place at Port Hedland to be. Highly recommended
