翠鳥旅館(Kingfisher GuestHouse)

De heren hebben het goed voor elkaar. Ze runnen een heerlijke B&B. Fijn zwembad, ruime, nette kamers en een prima ontbijt. Je auto parkeer je achter het hek! Van Port Elisabeth zelf waren we wat minder gecharmeerd, maar dat doet niets af aan deze plek!

We loved our stay. We got an upgrade and Henk give us a lot of information and suggestions about the Town and the restaurants near by. Breakfast has a good variety of foods and drinks. We only spent a night but I wish to have more time there. Thanks for the warm welcome.

We had an absolutely lovely stay at King Fisher guest house . We were warmly welcomed by Henk and Cilliers ! Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything necessary to have the best stay possible. The property itself is gorgeous! and the rooms are extremely clean, tidy and spacious. Breakfast..............The BEST!!!!!!

The hosts are so warm and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. We regret that we only had one night here.

Most enjoyable. Generally very good. There were little things that bothered me, but I would still recommend it.

The Kingfisher Guest House is a welcoming and comfortable stay for our last night in South Africa. Our room, Hawaii, was a bit "quirky" (in a good sense), clean and comfortable, with its own private courtyard. We had an excellent "full English breakfast" prior to our departure. The owners are friendly and chatty. I selected the property based on its high rating/ reputation on TripAdvisor and was not disappointed in any way. I have visited Summerstand, 3 out of the past 4 years, and recommend staying there over a local hotel/ apartment rental. Excellent value for the money.

We only stayed at Kingfisher for one evening, but we can’t say enough positive things about the staff. We had an early morning flight the next morning and Cilliers went above and beyond to ensure we had snacks to take with us and had a safe ride to the airport. Much appreciated!

Not only well situated but also best run B&B in the Eastern Cape! Walking distance from the beach where you can go for a dive or just stroll on the pier, beautiful well kept garden and everything you need to make your stay unforgettable. Free wifi, beautiful clean rooms with aircon, friendly staff and a breakfast with home baked treats. Henk and Cilliers the hosts go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Definately to be recommended if you visit The Eastern Cape.
