Fabulous location near the airport and in a quiet and peaceful road. Lovely contemporary unique boutique Hotel with a very special feel based on a unique “universe" theme. The rooms are furnished to a very high standard, ours was “Indus” and was really comfortable, clean and had several complimentary gifts e.g nibbles, biscuits. The owner was charming and super helpful: After a pick up mix up, she personally collected us from the airport and gave us a warm and friendly welcome. Her team were lovely and breakfast was superb - so many hot and cold choices and both our breakfasts were delicious and well cooked. We had arrived after a long flights from London to Jo’berg, immediately followed by flight direct to Port Elizabeth and couldn’t have wished for a better first couple of nights to start our holiday. The hotel recommended several restaurants and activities and gave us confidence to use Uber. We also went for the Addo Elephant safari - wouldn’t have missed it and the Braai was excellent.

Wir waren sehr beeindruckt von der Unterkunft. Live sieht es noch besser und großzügiger aus. Wir haben 3 Nächte hier übernachtet und haben uns mehr als wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe des Flughafens (ca. 5 Min). Es gibt fussläufig keine gut erreichbaren Restaurants, man muss immer mit dem Auto oder Taxi fahren, was aber nicht schlimm ist. Alles ist nett eingerichtet, es gibt sogar eine sehr ruhige und geräumige Library. Die Zimmer haben alles was das Herz begehrt und sogar noch einige Details mehr (frische Zitrone, überdimensionaler Fernseher, Pillow Menu …). Das Zimmer und Bad waren überdurchschnittlich groß, alles sauber und sehr gepflegt. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Der Frühstücksraum war geräumig, es gab ein kleines Buffet und eine große Auswahl auf der Frühstückskarte. Das Personal war sehr herzlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Es gab nichts auszusetzen, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und wären gerne auch noch länger geblieben. Falls wir wieder in Port Elizabeth sein sollten, kommt nur dieses Hotel für uns in Frage!

Next to the airport. Free drinks at your room. Rooms spacious and superclean. Very nice breakfast, hot and cold. Owners are very friendly and operate free airport pickups. All in all a perfect location to stay. PS.: Nice restaurants quickly to get to by UBER.

Myself and my family stayed at the Nova Boutique hotel in March 2024 for one night (unfortunately) as we wished we had booked for longer. This hotel is absolutely amazing! Very modern and clean. Beautiful beds and amazing bathrooms. The staff are the kindest most welcoming people and nothing is too much for them! Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Nova is a beautifully equipped, family run, luxury hotel that's only a 5 min drive from the airport. Everything about the hotel emphasises the owners commitment to delivering a high quality, personalised experience. We were met at reception by the two owners, offered a complementary liqueur whilst checking in and given an upgrade to a huge room with coffee machine, fridge and kitchen area (to be fair, all the rooms are very large). The hotel has secure parking, a bar, heated pool, sauna & spa and the breakfast menu is first class. What really makes this place special though are the people - every staff member was enthusiastic, engaging and made you feel genuinely welcome.

10/10, what a beautiful hotel, light, airy, smart, fashionable, trendy, fantastic location for airport, great team, super comfy bed, great bathroom, nice Spa, heated pool and safe environment. Everything about it was fantastic.
