Verbleven 1 nacht bij groepsrondreis. Kamer met zicht op zee met slecht afsluitende ramen in enkel glas (wind vloog er door) wifi ok. Groot onpersoonlijk hotel. Avondeten in buffetvorm. Vis en vlees. Ontbijt ok. Paar broodsoorten en croissants. Bediening en afruimen ondermaats. Zwembad op dak is voetbadje.

Excellent service received from all staff Front office - Warm friendly and courteous The porter always had a smile on his face and made sure we were welcomed with an arrival drink. Ms. Zingisa Receptionist - brilliant extremely warm and courteous! Housekeeping - Outstanding out room attendant unfortunately didn't get her name she was amazing, she refreshed our towels and amenities without us asking and even added extra water bottles. Food & Beverage - Brilliant the Head Chef (Mr. KB) went out of his way to ensure that we catered for (halaal) Everyday we were greeted by him and asked us what do we need, added some more flavor to our food, and updated us on where to go and what to see in the city. Not often you get this personal touch! General Manager- Ms. Cassandra she went out of her way to ensure that not only us but all guests staying at the hotel were greeted personally and made sure that our stay at the hotel was pleasant and memorable. Thank you Ms. Cassandra you were remarkable. Overall experience 10/10 Excellent location, cleanliness 10/10 big comfortable rooms and great wifi.

We had the pleasure to have a spacious room for our family. There were two separate rooms to sleep and one sitting area. There were two bathrooms which is very handy if all need to shower quickly. The room had a nice view on the ocean. The diner in the hotel was not according to the standards of the rest of the hotel. It was a pleasant stay.

The location and the room where nice, the checkin process however was strange. We arrived at 13.00 about an hour before before official checkin and we were told we had to wait until 14.00 which is fine. We got asked to wait in the lobby and returned at 14.00 when we were told the room wasn't ready. They had no explanation or seemed apologetic and just sent us to the lobby again to wait. After another hour around 15.00 the room was ready and we got given the key. Next thing was that the breakfast organization was very clumy for a buffet. Constantly having to keep asking for restock of bread/milk/fruit and things like that.

The rooms were small, had very old furnishing. The breakfast menu was decent. They had local adventure tours being arranged from hotel. The rooms had a damp smell. We chose the family apartments by south sun marine due to its proximity to addi national park
