Great location.....centre of port douglas...beautifull appartments clean and tidy

Everything was perfect. One thing to improve is the bed which was a bit soft and saggy.

Beware Cockroaches! This hotel was an absolute nightmare. Instead of relaxing and enjoying our vacation, we spent the entire stay battling cockroaches in our room. It was disgusting! We found them everywhere – the bathroom, the bedroom, even crawling on the walls. We contacted the hotel staff, hoping they would address the issue, they sent someone but also told us that cockroaches were common and basically "the norm". Seriously?? If infestations are a regular occurrence, they should at least warn guests beforehand! To try to minimize the impact, they actually told us to go have a look in the car park and see how many cockroaches were there. Like that's supposed to make us feel better?! To add insult to injury, when we asked for some kind of compensation for this horrendous experience, the staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. They actually hung up the phone on us when we called after checkout! This hotel clearly has zero respect for its guests. Avoid at all costs! I would never recommend this place to anyone and I certainly won't ever be staying there again.

Recommend Staff are soooo friendly. Property is lovely and wish we’d booked for more than 1 night. It is right in the centre of Port Douglas with cafes and restaurants right at your doorstep. We had a room facing the street which may not be every bodies prefence but great for people watching

Perfect place to stay in Port Douglas. Quaint, luxurious and set back from the road while being in the core of town. Would have loved to stay here longer.

Great central location in PD. Close to everything. Will come back. Lovely separate living area. Very comfortable.
