大海灘度假村的評論

優點：後院的泳池不錯，再走100米就是大海，海景也不錯； 缺點：但是房間設施和衞生真的太差了，桌子凳子都很古老，床單上有污漬，懷疑酒店是否每天換床單。 前台服務態度也一般，剛開始告知沒有房間，而且上午十點多到，下午三點才能入住。後來網上定了雙床房，給開了大床，還説跟你説過沒有雙床。 後來聯繫平台解決問題，不知道為什麼又有了雙床房。

服務態度和海灘🏝️真的很美，希望酒店🏨把衞生家設施設備需要完善升級，因為洗澡、馬桶🚽、洗臉水都不能足量的正常使用。

房間很髒，滿是沙子，廁所需要維修管道，漏水嚴重，房間很臭，員工服務很好

這是我們第四次入住這裡了。很喜歡這裡的泳池和乾淨的海灘，不過這次入住的房間比較舊，而且滿是灰塵。希望他們能改進一下。尤其是清潔度。其他方面都還不錯。

我丈夫在這裡上課。房間和衛生間都沒打掃，蟑螂很多，前台工作人員也不友好，客房送餐服務的食物不好吃，但課程現場的食物還不錯。我先生被「什麼東西」打擾了，差點就在同一天晚上退房了……🥲……還好他那幾天皮膚過敏發作，癢得比剛才的驚擾還要厲害……所以我不建議一個人住在這裡。

The hotel i so bad, unpleasant conditions. The rooms amenities is super bad. The air condition is not functioning for all rooms. No housekeeping at night. Only 1 person at the reception. Pls refund my money.

這個地方很漂亮，但房間的清潔度可以說很差。髒杯子，佈滿灰塵的床單。床墊已經很有彈性了

NICE VIEW AND NICE HOTEL..

Hotel poor managed. Cleanliness out and scary at night due to condition overall building. No toothbrush or toothpaste provided. Compound poorly maintained.

第二次來過這裡。首先是在工作日，所以入住的人不多，而且酒店給了我一間海景房，儘管我預訂了一間公園景房。第二次是在學校和公共假期，所有房間都訂滿了，排隊入住的人很多。我問了工作人員 3 次，他們禮貌地回答了我的問題，儘管還有其他幾位客人也很生氣，因為客房服務還沒有準備好。我在第三次查詢後設法得到了一個房間。房間足夠寬敞，適合有 2 個孩子的小家庭。 與我兩年前第一次來時相比，房間沒有太大變化。地板已改為乙烯基/石塑地板，浴室的浴缸也被拆除。房間清潔度比以前好多了。只有走廊還髒，舊地毯還保留著，地毯上可以清楚看到泥土和沙灘。也許乙烯基/spc 也可以改變。將來應該改進客房服務，以避免客人等待太久才得到房間。我喜歡這家酒店，因為它的價格不太貴，公共假期不到 200 美元，工作日大約 100 美元以上，而且位置靠近海灘，步行即可到達游泳池。晚上從大廳走到我們的房間是相當可怕的。有時可以聽到孩子們突然在走廊和我們房間的其他房間大喊大叫。

Hotel ni menang dekat view pantai and pool dia je .memang terbaik .. bilik dan yg lain2 masih di tahap average memandangkan hotel ni dah lama.. breakfast sedap

Got the most end room in 3rd floor. The lift is not working. So we need to walk to the other end to get a lift. The lift is near lobby area.If you are wet you can’t use that lift. You have to use the stairs but the nearest stairs is in the middle. So again you have to walk. The end stairs case(beside our room) is emergency stair case, you can go out but if you want to get in the premises you have to use middle stair case. 2 lift are under maintenance. I have elderly people and imagine the situation.  Hope the hotel management fix the lift or consider let us use the inside lift if we are wet and with elderly people. I have to bring her up using the stairs case. Or give us towel.

Overall short vacation only view je best.. Kolam keruh sbb ramai pake tshirt jeans masuk kolam...pakej ada bsh kaki kt kolam Mineral water 2 botol.. kalu esk check out kena byr rm3 1 botol 500ml tu kalu nk minum pg tu.. sy hnye mntk dua botol air mineral.. xda cofee gula semua...ada cawan n sudu je... Bath tub pecah2 n kuning2.. Dinding bilik pn ada bahagian yg pecah2 juga.. i guess mgkn asbab PKP rosak but its been 2 years after PKP.. Lift septt ada dua wings.. tp sbb semua under maintenance mmg tgl 1 je..agak jauhhhhhh nk jln ke lift another wings huhuhu
