It consists of two bedrooms with a double bed in one of them and two single beds in the other, a bathroom, a spacious living room with kitchen, indoor terrace and laundry, a total of 65 m2. It has wifi and smart satellite TV, as well as air conditioning in the rooms and living room. Esta fue la segunda vez que nos alojamos aquí. El apartamento es espacioso, muy limpio y bien equipado y está en el centro de Port de Pollensa. Quizás solo el colchón de la cama matrimonial necesitaría ser cambiado porque al dormir se sienten los muelles. Por lo general, la estancia fue muy agradable y nos encontramos super a gusto.

Bel appartement proche plage
Beaucoup de positif :Emplacement parfait à 50m de la digue, magasins et restos sur place.Grandes pièces, les chambres ne sont pas côté rue donc trés calme. Les fenêtres ont des vollets, parfait pour dormir.Lits confortables. La cuisine pas de soucis, des couverts et des casseroles sont neufs.Les - : la douche mériterait une rénovation L'eau chaude etait parfois un peu tiède, en février pas simple, en été pas grave.Un petit kit d accueil avec des produits d'entretien serait un plus.Stationnement : faisable en fev, ça doit être très compliqué en été.

Parken
Das einzige was uns gestöhrt hat, war daß wir keinen Parkplatz in der Nähe gefunden haben, wir waren in der Hauptsaison hier!Und die Terasse konnten wir kaum benutzen, da es zu heiß war!

Appartement calme et bien placé
Le logement est spacieux, propre, calme et à deux pas du port. Nous avons pu profiter de la petite terrasse agréable.

Porto Pollença
L'appartement était conforme aux photos et sa localisation était très bonne, juste en face d'un supermarché et très proche du port et des plages. Cependant, à notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que le four et les casseroles n'étaient pas suffisamment propres, et les poêles étaient très usagées. La communication avec le propriétaire a été peu réactive, et certains de nos messages sont restés sans réponse.

Séjour à port de pollenca
Logement très bien placé, plages, commerces, restaurants a proximité. Il est possible de se garer facilement dans les rues autour de l appartement
Communication facile avec l hôte

Très bien situé
Appartement très bien situé près du port, de la plage. Supermarché juste en face de l’appartement. Pour se garer il y a des parkings à environ 500m.
Le petit extérieur est très appréciable.

Kurzurlaub
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist schön eingerichtet. Die Küche ist in die Jahre gekommenen. Für einen Kurzurlaub wäre es schön, wenn eine kleines Paket mit Geschirrspülertaps und Gewürzen vorrätig wäre. Man kann die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.
