Private: natural state property. 150 m long bumpy, narrow motor access to the house. Stepped path (12 steps) to the house. Parking at the house. Supermarket 3.2 km, shopping centre 3.2 km, restaurant 3.2 km, bus stop "Ayuntamiento Llançà" 3.8 km, railway station "Llançà" 4.4 km, sandy beach "Platja d'En Robert" 200 m, swimming bay 150 m. Golf course (18 hole) 22 km. Please note: car recommended. Groups of teenagers on request only. "Sarnella", 3-room terraced house 50 m2. Very simple furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, TV and electric heating. Exit to the patio. 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), electric heating. 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 190 cm), electric heating.
