服務太差，不推薦任何人去。服務非常差，聯絡不方便，衛生狀況不佳，地點不好，交通不便，停車難，房間不舒適，各種服務都缺乏，價格昂貴。

This is a hostel NOT a hotel Rooms noisy difficult to lock and reception not 24 hours. Had to barricade door as I couldn’t lock it Incredibly thin walls could hear everything very strange noises from some other the guests and cleaners I assume started moving furniture around at 0800/0900

Réceptionniste peu accueillante, carrelage de la douche cassé, traces et odeur d’humidité dans toute la chambre. Sans parler de la sécurité : la cage d’escalier est en permanence ouverte et sans surveillance à partir de 22h. Pas de caméra, les chambres sont fermées avec une simple porte. La nôtre avait même l’encadrement fissuré. La vue est inexistante avec un balcon qui donne d’une chambre à l’autre, pas d’intimité. Le seul placard n’a pas de porte et le lit double était deux lits simples.

Clean and tidy for a basic type of hotel, very convenient to ferry port. Friendly staff, hotel does not have a restaurant but there are plenty close by. Hotel does not have own parking but large carpark opposite, so everything vey convenient.

Booked in the last minute one night for my son due to flight delayed and missing other connecting flight. Lady on reception at Hotel Elegance so helpful, without her I would never have been able let my son know which bus to get from Palma Airport to Alcuida. It was just a one night stop off but everything clean and comfortable. Most important if my son was happy so was I.
