波戈套房飯店及會議中心(Poco Inn and Suites Hotel & Conference Centre)

We booked Poco Inn for our stay at the coast. Unfortunately my husband suffered a stroke and was unable to travel.I realize there is no refund but under the circumstances was hoping we might be given a credit for when he will be able to travel. I guess PR doesn't count for much anymore. We stayed at your hotel for four nights in March and as we will be going down to the coast quite often intended to make it our go to hotel. Not anymore. .

El hotel es muy viejo, la habitación estaba completamente sucia de polvo detrás de la cama y sobre todos los accesorios. Tocaba informarle al conserje que le hiciera limpieza a la habitación cada día. Los objetos de plástico no estaban blancos sino amarillos por lo viejo que estaban y tenían olor a viejo. Terrible experiencia

The room was clean, however it had some tobacco smell, even though it was non-smoking room. The water faucet in the shower was not really working. Had to spend good 10 min trying to wiggle it back to close. Plenty of parking and large fridge was a bonus.

When it comes to taking care of the small details, this hotel has it figured out. The toiletries selection was great. The Ukrainian restaurant was an added bonus. The kitchen was stocked with utensils to cook food. Nice bed and fancy bathroom. All good.

I was rather surprised a short time after check-out, to receive a call from the Front Desk, asking if we had removed (taken) the Bath-Robes from the Room we had vacated / There were no Robes in the closet when we checked in and honestly, I've never used a Robe in any Hotel I've stayed at in my life / Apparently, Housekeeping didn't check this before the last Guests vacated the Room or noticed, prior to our arrival / I requested that the Gentleman that called me about this, call me back to confirm that the Robes had been missing, prior to our stay but he didn't call me back / I'm certainly hoping there isn't an "incidental" charge on my Credit card / Otherwise, our stay was great and the Gal behind the Bar at the Lounge was charming, as were all the Staff-Members, including the Gent that called me to inquire about the (missing) Robes /

Was impressed with the Front staff as we were warmly welcomed. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. It was a great central location for our schedule. Would be staying there again.

We are a group of 15 and asked at the desk if there was a place we could sit and order a pizza together. The answer was no but how it was relayed was extreme. I had one of the staff come up to the counter telling me a conference room would be $1500 to start. Rolling his eyes and was very confrontational. We understand nothing was available but the rudeness wasn’t necessary. Glasses in the small small “suite” were dirty. We travel a lot and I would never stay here again. Really unfortunate experience.
