Amazing nature - on the water with large pool! Three bedroom with three full bathrooms. Extra Large Master Suite with walk-in shower and jetted bathtub. His and her closets. Glass sliders to lanai from a Master Bedroom, Queen size bedroom, and the living room has a wall full of sliders that open all the way up. Third bathroom in on lanai and air conditioned too! Enjoy the beautiful fresh water canal full of wild life. You'll see a huge assortment of birds, ducks, turtles galore, and it's even possible to see an alligator. This is the greatest location - you are near anything in Port Charlotte or Punta Gorda!About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 20 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).No aggressive dogs allowed. Must be potty trained.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 25.About events:No events allowed.
