First, I need to start off by saying that the front desk receptionist was super amazing. She was so nice and helpful with getting us checked in and set up with a shuttle for our cruise embarkation the next day. However, after getting to the room, that’s when our problems started. First, our toilet got stopped up and we had to get it fixed. Then, we had to struggle to get the shower started because the handle to turn it on was stuck and the water was not draining from the bottom. Lastly, but most important, the bed was horrible. It felt like we were sleeping on a board. I woke up all through the night counting down the time because I was so ready to get up and leave. I booked this room because of the good reviews and the proximity to the cruise port, but unfortunately I would not stay there again.

Disclaimer: This hotel is not as nice as the photos look. It is within walking distance to the port- but it’s a decently long walk. Nothing else is very close either (stores, restaurants, etc). The breakfast was delicious. The hot tub was nice and hot, but it was kind of dirty, but the jets and waterfall did not work. Parking lot next to it was under construction.

The room we were in smelled horrible, combination of filthy carpets and over use of stinky air freshners. Hard bed and squeaky doors enough to wake the dead - ever heard of WD40? Would never stay there again.

Hotel bom, quarto grande, limpo, café da manhã tipo americano com tudo muito bom. Preço justo, bom custo benefício. O hotel tb recebe encomendas feitas pela internet e não cobra taxa, ótimo!
