Every staff member we met was polite, attentive, and always ready to help, making our family vacation even more memorable. The food across all the Seashell properties was absolutely outstanding, but the experience at Coral Cove, Port Blair deserves a special mention. The crab curry we had there was simply phenomenal—rich in flavour, perfectly cooked, and one of the best seafood dishes we’ve ever tasted. Even after a month, we still can’t stop talking about it! It was truly mouthwatering and unforgettable. Although I don’t remember the chef’s name, please convey our heartfelt appreciation to him for creating such an extraordinary meal and for his exceptional hospitality. I’m sharing a photo of the crab curry as a small tribute to an unforgettable culinary experience.
